ALL NEW - even down to the plumbing and electric. Small, yet functional, boho-inspired home accenting the riverfront beauty throughout.



Kitchen features open concept with breakfast bar, open shelving, and butcher block countertops. The kitchen is 'minimalistic' as while you enjoy your stay with us, we'd love for you to visit our local establishments and support them as well (coupons provided for some). Appliances include beverage fridge (large enough to store eggs, milk, creamer, sandwich meat, etc) portable stovetop, ice maker, George Foreman, waffle maker, Keurig, microwave, InstantPot Hot/Cold Blender, rice maker and a toaster oven (**no oven, dishwasher, freezer or full-size fridge).



Bedrooms have a queen bed in each room with a smart TV.



Bathroom has a walk-in shower with a rainfalll shower head with a handheld sprayer and a heater vent.



There is a projector & screen provided for use with an attached fire stick for your streaming needs in the living area.



Windows across the entire front of the house provide wonderful views and natural light. If you're staying with us, you're most likely here for some type of nature involved trip. We want you to indulge in nature as much as possible! We’ve provided some card games and puzzles for your spare time together.



There is a propane grill on the deck available for use as well as a grate to go over the fire pit for cooking purpose - we love a good grilled meat over the open fire!



This unit is set-up for self check-in, but if you would prefer us to meet you there, please arrange it with us in advance.



If you've never been to Emlenton, you're truly in for a treat. This place screams "hometown" and you really get that vibe everywhere you go. The community is wonderful, the local establishments will take care of you, and the nature everywhere you turn is just icing on the cake. We love our little hometown and hope you're able to experience that while visiting.



We're located about 1.5 hours North of Downtown Pittsburgh and about 2 hours or less from Cleveland, Youngstown, Erie, and State College. Our town doesn't even have a stop light! No public transportation, including ride sharing. Our place sits at the end of a gravel dirt drive. It is riverfront, so space is limited. Vehicles with trailers cannot be accommodated typically, but please reach out if you'd like to bring one and we can do our best to try to figure out accommodations (may need to store off-site). In addition, the driveway is not guaranteed winter maintenance. We would highly recommend 4-wheel drive if traveling in the winter months as there’s a steep decline/ascent when entering/exiting the driveway.



We are not responsible for any fees that may incur due to the need to be towed out or additional nights needed if not able to vacate the premise at normal check-out due to weather! Please plan accordingly.
