Hotel i Park View, Harrisonburg

"This place was very clean and had new fixtures and furniture. No mold or mildew in bathroom. Very nice! The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 was due to a lot of road noise you could hear in our room."

"Good hotel downtown. Very clean and nice modern rooms. The wifi did not work and the reception said they would fix it within 15 min never happened though. I am sure it was just a temporary issue but still annoying. It is a nice add that on the TV they have a movie selektion you can select from and it is all new movies"

"Very clean and comfortable hotel with a friendly staff."

"The hotel was very clean, and the amenities were great. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing due to the room accommodations and lack of customer service. I reserved a standard King Suite but was assigned a handicap-accessible room due to what the hotel later admitted was a system error. The bed was extremely low to the floor, unusually hard, and very uncomfortable. It honestly felt like I was sleeping on the floor. After bringing my concerns to the staff’s attention, I was...

"Clean room and friendly staff"

"We stayed in the above hotel for one night. We booked the room through Expedia. The booking process was very easy, the room awaited for us when we arrived. The room and the whole hotel were very clean. Especially clean was a bathroom. The continental free breakfast was excellent. The hotel itself is in a close proximity to the JMU campus where we visited our student grandson. We highly recommend this place for its location, good maintenance, and an affordable price."

"We had problems regulating the heat in our room but we didn’t call front desk either."

"I booked an accessible room, but when I arrived, it was not available because it hadn’t been cleaned. I asked to have it cleaned, but there was no available staff to clean it, and there was no manager on site at the time I arrived. I chose the hotel because it offered what looked to be an accessible room. I am very unhappy that I did not get the room I booked."

"The facility is indeed compact in its design, including the common areas and rooms. Room space is just adequate. High quality mattress. The shower head in the bathroom was not adjustable and the flow rate was not adjustable; the spray was too powerful and uncomfortable. Breakfast was very good both mornings that we were there. Staff was friendly and helpful."
