Aloha! This is my Park City studio with a full kitchen and big King bed, for your Ski or Adventure vacation. This is a full kitchen, not kid sized-appliances. We are near Main Street but not in the craziness so it’s a perfect blend of PC vibes. I love art so the place is decked out with original paintings, the ski bus pulls up outside so you can hop on or off and we have a pool / hot tub + Silver mountain fitness in the complex. If you are booking for a company, a work crew, or any commercial reason, we have some additional house rules that we’ve found to be mutually beneficial for your guests and our home.

We ask that for any stay of 10 days or more, that we conduct a weekly inspection and quick clean. This will be charged on an hourly basis, but have a minimum charge of $75 per week.
