The two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, Snow Flower #65, is located on the second floor of Building II, nestled in a grove of Aspen trees with beautiful slope views. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please without the morning parking rush or afternoon traffic.

Recently refreshed with a variety of thoughtful upgrades, including a new 65" TV, new carpet in the living room and bedrooms, new flooring in the bathrooms and hallway, and new stainless-steel refrigerator and dishwasher, this condo offers an elevated mountain experience. The kitchen and living area feature an open floorplan with updated hickory cabinets, sleek granite countertops, and seating for six at the dining table. Additional updates include a new combo grounds/pod coffee maker, new lamp shades throughout, new kitchen mat, new entry rug, new bathroom rugs, new stainless-steel trash cans and new handheld showerheads.

The main bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, a flat screen TV, and access to the private patio. The en-suite bathroom offers updated cabinetry, a jetted soaking tub, and a separate shower. The second bedroom includes two twin-sized beds (convertible to a king with 24 hours’ notice) and a TV. The guest bathroom also includes updated cabinetry and the newly installed handheld showerhead.

Condo amenities include comfortable duvets, a fabulous balcony, a wood fireplace, three TVs, a DVD player, a wall safe, and a wall-mounted hairdryer in each bathroom. There is an indoor ski locker just inside the building’s back door, steps from the slopes. During warmer months, tennis and pickleball courts are just a few steps from the building’s front entrance.

During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours.

On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage areas are also available during the summer season.
