  • Highly sought-after location, at skiing, hiking and mountain biking's doorstep - this property is steps across the street from the Silver Star elevator for direct access to skiing via the Silver Star chairlift, Silver Star Cafe and Silver Star Sports. This townhome is situated on a corner, with plenty of windows and abundant natural light. Open floor plan on main level with gas fireplace, updated kitchen and baths, and multiple decks, including new hot tub with views up the mountain. Upper levels feature two bedrooms, deck, and loft sleeping flex space. Perfect mountain home in all four seasons, Payday is in town, directly on the Thaynes bus route, yet quiet and surrounded by mature trees. Payday is also adjacent to the Park City Municipal Golf Course, which offers cross country skiing in the winter. Many hiking and biking trail options right out the door, including the famous Armstrong and Spiro trails.

Great location! Would have been perfect if the Silver Star lift was open, and there was more snow, but you can't change the weather. Great trip all around!

what a great place to stay, 5 minute walk to the lift, many amenities offered in the condo, communication was great with the owner, will definitely be renting from here again.

Nicely equipped. Sshort walk to Silver Star chairlift.

Great condo. Had everything we need to eat all meals at home, easy walk to silver star chairlift, and set up well for ski gear right inside the front door. Would stay there again.

Amazing ski getaway

We had two families - four adults and four kids and this was perfect! And short walk to the bus and easy transport to the mountain. Place was clean and so nice!

Just as advertised!

Our family had a great time in Park City. The condo was conveniently located and offered all of the amenities we needed for a family ski vacation. The kitchen was stocked. They had plenty of towels and beds for the whole family. The house was clean and comfy! Looking forward to staying again!

Great house, very well located

House was very comfortable and the location is spectacular. The only thing that was not clear in the listing is thatbthe access to the top room is through the 2nd floor bedroom so the only private couples room is the one downstairs Other than that, everything went perfectly!

Great place and location

This house was very clean. The location was awesome as it was across the street from the bus and walking distance to Silver Chair. If I had any questions the host would reply immediately. We would definitely look to stay here again.

Great Property

The host John was great to work with. He was very responsive and very accommodating to my group. Would highly suggest staying here is you have to opportunity. Location is a 3 minute walk to the Silver Star lift.

Holiday ski getaway

We spent 6 great days here with our adult kids for skiing, hot tubbing, lounging by the fire and grilling. What a perfect facility for us! Our host was accessible and helpful in all communications and suggestions for making our stay in Park City a success. Everything worked as described and we even had a Christmas tree waiting for us. So convenient to skiing and town.

Great location meet Park City, cozy house for families

Location is probably a 10 minute walk to Park city village, which we did several times although it’s difficult in ski boots. Beyond the location, the host, John, is awesome. He responded very quickly and fixed a few things that we needed help with immediately.House layout was perfect for families with kids, multiple bunkbeds and a loft area above one of the main bedrooms.Hot tub was great after a long day on the ski slopes.

Great place, great location

Excellent location, easy walk with kids from Condo to Silver Star chair and never a wait to get on the lift. Silver Star Cafe was great for dinner! Condo was clean and well stocked. Accommodated 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids) easily. Owner was super helpful and quick to respond. Only thing worth noting is that 1 of the bunk bed rooms is only accessible through another (adult) bedroom.

Great location and wonderful time spent here!

We had such a wonderful stay here. There was plenty of room for our group (2 families with kids- 9 people total). John was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo was fully stocked which was so nice. The location was perfect being right on the bus line and within walking distance to the Silver Star lift. We couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely consider coming back. Thanks again John!

Excellent location and great owner

The place was well stocked and the owner super helpful from the time of booking until the day we left. The property is located within walking distance to the Silver Star chair lift as well as across the street from the free bus shuttle to town. This was amazing as we received 23 in of snow the second night we were there and we never were not able to drive as the parking lot did not get plowed for a few days! Beds were super comfy and kitchen well stocked as well. Thank you John for everything!

Great location for skiing

This property was great for a family of 8. Hot tub was a bonus after a long day of skiing. Location and access to the silver star chair lift was less than a 5 minute walk from front door to chair lift. Bus stop right outside of back door. Short drive to town and to Canyons Village. Close to all shopping restaurants. Property owner responded quickly with any questions asked. Definitely will stay again!!

Simply the best!

Absolutely the best possible location, we've staying in this area twice now, once to ski and this time to hike and explore. Nothing short of perfection, walk to the ski lift in the winter and trailheads in the fall... a short drive or walk to the quaint Main Street area. Easy to check in and out, hosts were welcoming and full of helpful tips. The town home is perfect for families, clean and has everything you need, plus the hot tub was a perfect way to wind down in the evening. We will be back! I always look for cleanliness with good bedding and pillows and this place was an A+. Look no further, this is where you want to be for your Park City adventures in any season.
