Welcome to our home away from home. Located in the Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort our spacious newly furnished 1 bedroom condo with queen sleeper is the perfect getaway for friends, family, and couples. Just a 4 minute walk to the Frostwood gondolas you have year round access to all the largest ski/summer resort in the United States has to offer. If you require more space we also have a condo in the adjacent building. Please inquire about our sister properties.

We love the cozy yet spacious feeling of the 1 bedroom layout. The great views of the pond while sitting on the back patio and quick access to two gondolas are priceless. Being on mountain in Canyons at Park City makes it easy to enjoy the outdoors and still have easy access to Main Street and Downtown. The free shuttle stop is steps away and makes it so easy to get around without having to drive.
Welcome to our home away from home. Here are some helpful tips to better your stay.

Please remove your snow boots, ski boots and snowboard boots in the entry way and place on trays to help keep the floor dryer and more comfortable for you. We enjoy our neighborhood and value our neighbors, so please be respectful of noise while enjoying your stay.

The Fireplace has an easy remote to operate and is located on the wall to the left of the Fireplace. Please do not leave fireplace on when you are not in the condo. The pilot flame stays on all the time so please do not attempt to put it out.

There are extra towels under the sink in the bathroom.

The TV is a Smart TV so you have many apps available to you like Netflix. Please remember to log out before you check out, it will not automatically do it for you.

The parking passes must be displayed hanging from your rear view mirror at all time while parked in the lot. Please ensure you leave the parking passes on the kitchen table at check out or you will be charged $100 per pass for replacement.

Please ensure you take out the trash and put any dirty dishes in the dishwasher prior to departure. The Dumpster is located at the at the bottom of the hill to the right around the corner. It’s a right turn down Cedar Drive as you exit our building and then a right at the bottom of the street.

There is a short cut to the Frostwood Gondola that is located right at the bottom of Cedar Lane. Just make a right out of the condo and the trail will be straight ahead at the bottom of the road. It parallels the golf course.
