Welcome to Deer Valley Arrowleaf 212, a stunning ski-in/ski-out luxury condo located in the exclusive Empire Pass area of Deer Valley. With high-end amenities and direct ski-in/ski-out access, this property offers everything needed for the perfect alpine retreat. This elegant mountain escape places you just steps from the slopes and convenient access to top-tier community amenities. Historic Main Street in Park City, just minutes away, boasts a lively dining and shopping scene as well as a vibrant nightlife.

This beautifully designed 1,812-square-foot residence provides a perfect blend of space and sophistication. It features three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to six guests.

Guests can access the property via the stairs or elevator from the communal garage to the second floor. Stepping through the front door, they are welcomed into the main living area adorned with gorgeous hardwood flooring.

Living Room:
The living room is designed with modern décor and bathed in natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere. A plush sectional sofa and stylish accent chairs provide ample seating around the cozy gas fireplace. A smart TV offers entertainment, while the private balcony allows guests to take in breathtaking mountain views, overlooking the community amenities and ski run.

Kitchen:
The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with stone countertops and high-end stainless-steel appliances, including a Subzero refrigerator/freezer, dual-zone wine fridge, Wolf gas range, and Asko microwave. A Keurig coffee maker adds convenience, while the center island with bar seating for five makes this space perfect for gathering.

Dining Area:
The dining area features a lovely table with cushioned chairs and bench seating for ten, positioned by large windows on two sides that flood the space with natural light. It is centrally located between the kitchen and living room, creating a seamless flow for entertaining and mealtime gatherings.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Primary bedroom offers a king bed, a smart TV, and a window providing stunning views of the ski run. Guests will enjoy direct balcony access and a private en suite bathroom featuring a dual sink vanity, a large jetted tub, a water closet, and a spacious tile and glass shower.

The second guest bedroom is elegantly furnished with a queen bed, a smart TV, and ample closet space. This room includes an en suite bathroom with a single sink vanity and a soothing shower.

The third guest bedroom is also furnished with a queen bed, a smart TV, and ample closet space. It has private access to a shared full bathroom, which features a dual sink vanity and a tub/shower combination.

An additional half bath is located in the hallway, featuring a unique vanity for added style and convenience.

Outdoor Spaces & Community Amenities:
A private balcony offers a serene outdoor retreat, complete with seating and a gas BBQ. Guests can enjoy views overlooking the community hot tubs and fire pit area, as well as the chairlift and ski run with stunning mountain scenery in the background.

Arrowleaf Amenities:
The Arrowleaf complex offers a range of luxurious community amenities. Guests have access to outdoor hot tubs, two fire pits, and an outdoor grill area. A private ski locker with boot warmers for three pairs of boots ensures a comfortable skiing experience, with direct access to the chairlift and ski run. The skiers' lounge provides a welcoming atmosphere with a gas fireplace, conversation areas, a pool table, and specialty coffee and tea service. For added convenience, guests can take advantage of the Empire Pass Express On-Demand Shuttle Service.
