Gather by the stone gas fireplace in the great room under the vaulted wood ceiling, or split off to the second living area and the den for movies and board games. Books and reading material are on hand for slow mornings.

OUTDOORS
The lower deck holds the hot tub, the fire pit, the gas grill and plenty of seating under tall trees. Soak as the sun drops behind the mountains, then roast marshmallows by the fire.

Guest access
The whole home is yours: all 5 bedrooms, every bath, both living areas, the den, the loft workspace and the lower deck with the private hot tub, fire pit and gas grill. Self check-in with a keypad. Ski storage for your gear. Park 4 cars: 1 garage space plus 3 on the flat driveway. The home has stairs: the primary suite is upstairs and Bedrooms 2 to 4 are downstairs.

The neighborhood
Deer Valley`s Snow Park Lodge is a 5-min drive (1.5 miles), and in ski season the free on-demand shuttle takes you there right from the driveway. The home sits in the Oaks at Deer Valley among tall trees; guests call it a beautiful neighborhood with a great location. Historic Main Street, lit up for winter with shops and restaurants, is 7 min away. For a day off skis, try a bobsled ride at Utah Olympic Park or a horse-drawn sleigh ride at Soldier Hollow. Winter roads here are snowy, so plan on 4WD with snow tires or chains if you drive.

Getting around
In ski season you can skip driving to the lifts: the free on-demand Deer Valley shuttle (8 am to 8 pm) picks you up in the driveway and brings you home. Uber and Lyft pickups are easy. Snow Park Lodge is 1.5 miles (5-min drive) and Historic Main Street is 7 min. Salt Lake City airport is about 45 min by car. Parking for 4 cars: 1 garage space plus 3 on the flat driveway. 4WD with snow tires or chains is recommended December through March.

Other things to note
• Stairs connect every floor: the primary suite is upstairs and Bedrooms 2 to 4 are downstairs.
• Winter roads: 4WD with snow tires or chains is strongly recommended December through March or whenever there is snow. The free ski shuttle saves you the drive to the resort.
• No security cameras at the home, inside or out. The HOA operates a camera at the corner that covers the street in front of the home.
• Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am.
• The home is on a septic system: please flush only toilet paper.
• Extra beds: a pull-out sofa bed in the den and an air mattress in the closet.
• Pets are welcome; please keep them off the furniture.
• The free ski shuttle runs in ski season, 8 am to 8 pm.
• No smoking or vaping, and no events or parties.
• Concierge services are booked separately on request: airport rides, grocery stocking, ski rentals and a private chef.

- Do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items may cause damage.
