Just 800 feet from the Canyons Cabriolet lift, along with free shuttle service all over town, Blackstone Condo K is the perfect spot for your next trip to Park City!

Right in the heart of Canyons Village and on the pay to play the Canyons golf course, Blackstone Condo K offers immediate access to skiing, golfing, hiking and biking trails as well as shuttle access to Park City's Historic Main Street corridor. The Canyons Village regional shuttle app is also helpful to take you to Village restaurants and shopping for convenience, but is walking distance just the same.

The condo offers lodging for 6 discerning travelers. A King master suite with fireplace and ensuite bath, provide plenty of room to relax and unwind. The second King suite with ensuite bath makes for a perfect couples get away or family comfort. A powder room is also offered in the kitchen area and there is a Queen sleep sofa in the main family room.

Great condo, great location

Very nice condo. Pool is great and close. Easy walk to chair lift. Kitchen needs new pans. And bring plastic cups so you can take drinks to the pool.

Great location and wonderful property

We had a great time visiting Park City in this condo. The checkin process was very smooth and easy. There were a couple of issues that we faced with the listing description but these were resolved quickly by the property manager on the second day of our visit. Overall, this is a property that we would stay in again.

Great cozy mountain stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. Check-in was easy and the directions were very user-friendly. Our only gripe was the cleanliness of the shower. There was hair in the drain when we arrived, and the drain in the bathtub in the other room, was broken. Overall, the unit was beautiful. It was very quiet and not far walk at all to the lift. I would stay here again.

Better than the description!

Stunning unit, spacious and tastefully decorated. Great location for access to Canyons Skiing, short drive to everything Park City has to offer. The pool and hot tub are located directly accross from the unit, very nice amenities building. Overall this was great value and a property that we hope to return to when we are here visiting.

Stinky sink

The kitchen sink puts off a foul odor. Had to cover the drain and wasn’t able to use the sink. The fire alarm beeped every five minutes the whole time I was there.

Getting away from the heat

Three friends and I decided to skip the Texas heat for a few days. We were pleasantly surprised with the condo. The location was good, it was very clean, modern and updated.

Oven didn’t work, no action by property management

Overall the unit is nice. It’s a barebones ski condo near the mountain. It’s nice having multiple bathrooms. However the oven was broken when we arrived, the door did not shut. It was quite obvious immediately uppon arrival. Communication from the rental company seemed quick, however after 3 days of them saying they were “waiting for a response from local staff” I got frustrated. Then I got in contact with local staff and they said someone would come look the next day, we’ll that didn’t happen. If they had of sent someone out quickly and said they can’t fix it in time I’d be happy, but they didn’t come look at all I think this was a known problem before we checked in.

Great location and stay

Really enjoyed our stay here at Blackstone - condo was new and clean and well appointed. The only knocks would be the first floor unit and the proximity to the entrance - privacy, but I had read about that in other reviews and so was prepared and we were skiing all day so it didn’t matter. Condo was well equipped with washer and dryer and dw but it would have been nice to at least have a trial size of dw detergent/laundry detergent in the unit. Location was amazing - a short walk to Canyons cabriolet lift and it was easy to get to park city and deer valley - both minutes away. Beds were comfortable. Unit could use a water conditioner - very hard water which must be common here in utah.

Lovely stay in the Canyons.m

The unit was beautiful, comfortable and convenient. The location was perfect for walks and hikes. The living room was comfortable and made use of the fireplace on a cold and rainy August day. The bed was very comfortable, just like being at home. Overall, it was wonderful and hope to return.

Excellent location

Our stay at the property did not have a great start. Unfortunately it was not as clean as promised, especially with the new standards. The management company offered to have someone come back to remedy the situation, but we preferred to do it ourselves at that point. I provided several pictures of the issues. We were told that this was not 1st. complaint. After that we could not lock the door using the directions provided. It took several interactions before we were successful. Lastly, we did not get a good night sleep because there is a community light outside the bedroom window which could be corrected with window treatments. This was all so unfortunate because the unit is very nice and in an excellent location. The access to the mountain is amazing and the complementary shuttle service for the community offered easy pick up and drop off. We moved after several days to another unit in the complex (our dates were not available for our entire stay at either property). We had a very different experience. The product was very clean and included many additional upgrades. Ironically the price was lower. We appreciated the immediate contact to make sure that our stay was perfect, but unfortunately the follow up and genuine concern did not exist.

Great place to stay, very clean and spacious

This condo was very clean and roomy. Huge bathrooms. Only problem we had was with the TV. Couldn't get even a local channel but the TV may be too sophisticated for us. Management couldn't help us but we enjoyed our stay. Sad that COVID 19 had everything closed but we still had a nice relaxing time.

Great stay at the Canyons that had everything we could imagine for a week of skiing. We will return.

We were the first to rent the condo and it was outstanding. Everything was new, the Weber grill on the porch that we cooked steaks on, the gas fire places that kept the rooms comfy, the new Viking appliances, the community hot tub, pool and pool house were amazing. Easy walk to the gondola. We will be back!
