All-season adventure awaits at this spacious Park City home! Decorated with warm wood finishes, ski-themed mementos, and vaulted ceilings - the open layout boasts a peaceful space to hang out with your favorite people. The living room's cool leather seating and large smart TV lend themselves to morning newscasts and evening movie viewings. Steps from here, the chef's kitchen displays gleaming countertops and stainless steel appliances. When you'd prefer to cook outside, fire up the gas grill. When it's time to eat, gather under the formal dining table's lovely chandelier.

A special place for the primary guests, the main bedroom opens up into a beautiful ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. No one's comfort will go unattended as each of the five bedrooms is decorated with soft linens, cozy color palettes, and central air-conditioning. Additional interior amenities include a gas fireplace, a private washer/dryer, and a Pack-N-Play for the littles.

Known for its amazing mix of outdoor recreation, there is always something to do in Park City! During the winter, Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain are both within quick driving distance. The sunny season brings the Park Silly Sunday Market, as well as white water rafting in the area's rivers. There are also many museums, eateries, and shops around the city.

At the end of the day, gaze up at the stars from the bubbling warmth of the private hot tub.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
