As four homes together (sleeps up to 40): Multi-family ski vacations, ski clubs, wedding parties, corporate retreats, and reunion groups that want everyone on the same block. Identical layouts make room assignments, ski mornings, and shared dinners materially easier to plan.

As individual townhomes (sleeps up to 12): Smaller family trips, couples' ski weekends, and groups who want Old Town walkability without the price or scale of a full estate.



HOW GROUPS USE THE COLLECTION



Most groups assign one home per family or sub-group and rotate the fourth as the gathering hub for shared dinners or meetings. Skiers head to Park City Mountain in the morning — most walk, some take the free Park City transit — and regroup across multiple living rooms in the evening. Guests with different schedules, ski abilities, or arrival times don't have to coordinate around a single shared space.

Can we book just one home, or do we have to take all four?

Each home books independently. Smaller groups frequently book a single townhome for up to 12 guests. Larger groups book two, three, or all four together.



How far in advance should we book for the ski season?

Peak ski weeks — Christmas, New Year's, MLK, Presidents Week, Spring Break — typically book three to six months in advance, sometimes earlier for the full Collection. Summer and shoulder seasons have shorter windows.



Are there stairs in the homes?

Yes. The townhomes are multi-level and built into the hillside, with stairs throughout. The layout may not work for guests who cannot manage stairs — contact the iTrip team before booking.



Can iTrip Park City help with chefs, transportation, and groceries?

Yes. Pre-arrival grocery stocking, private chef referrals, and group transportation coordination are common add-ons.
