I am pleased to welcome you in my charming 54 square meters apartment, in the heart of the 16th district, located on the 4th floor with elevator and ready to receive 4 people. It is ideally located on the banks of the SEINE, near the Iena Bridge and 9 minutes walk from the Statue of Liberty. You will be able to walk in a dynamic district and to discover the various tourist sites of the city of lights!

My apartment is very well located and has two bedrooms with two double beds, a shower room, a fully equipped and open kitchen and a living room.
You will have at your disposal: Wifi, Hair dryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Coffee machine, Fan, Bed linen, Towel, Microwave, Oven, Iron, Toaster.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

Activities are available around the accommodation:
-For art lovers, the Maison de Balzac is 5 min away, the Musée du Vin 12 min away, the Musée Marmottan Monet 16 min away, the Musée de l'Homme 17 min away...
-For children, the Parc de Passy is 7 minutes away.
-For bowling, a club is 14 minutes away on foot.
-For movie nights, the Majestic Passy and the Pathé Beaugrenelle are respectively 11 and 9 minutes from the apartment.

The Pont d'Iéna is 14 minutes away by metro. You will be able to admire the Eiffel Tower and visit it as well as plan a cruise to discover the illuminations on the Seine.
