"Great stay, loved it. I wish the bed sheets and towels were a bit softer though. Valet cost was high considering there was no self park option. As well, there was a hair not belonging to us upon entering our bathroom and a brown stain that seemed to be from someone’s period. These were small blemishes but still, not nice to see. "

"I don’t know what it is about this hotel, but has an X-factor that no other hotels have (and I have stayed in MANY places all over the World. Staff is friendly, but I didn’t really interact with them that much especially since the main entrance is not where the check-in etc takes place. The location is good. Not because of the surroundings just outside - that is very tacky. But it is very close to the Metro, close to the studios, close to Melrose and Beverly Hills and easy to get downtown...

"This property exceeded our expectations by far. The staff, from the men at the front to the cleaning lady—we’re all so friendly. It was such a nice gesture for us to get the free specialty coffees at check-in. The rooms were extremely clean. The beds were comfy. It was a wonderful place to stay.
