This stunning and luxurious villa is located in the popular resort area of Protaras and is just a 5 minute walk to the beach and to a vast selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable and perfect self-catering stay.

As you walk in to the villa, you will find the open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has comfortable sofas, widescreen TV with satellite channels and WI-FI connection. The dining area has seating for 6 persons and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you need for your self-catering stay as well as a breakfast bar. The ground floor is surrounded by bi-fold patio doors which open up to lead you to the garden and pool area outside.
There is also a bathroom with a shower and WC on this floor.

Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms, all of which offer stunning views. The master double bedroom has a balcony offering stunning sea views plus an en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and WC.

Outside, in the spacious garden, you will find a barbecue area with a worktop for extra space, outside seating area, sun loungers and large private pool with Roman steps leading into it. There is the option of a pool heating for 60 EUR per day.

This villa also has the added luxury of a roof terrace for you to relax, have a drink, and enjoy the stunning views and the luxury of a hot tub which is available for 25 EUR per day.
