Your reservation comes with a unique access code via RemoteLock for added convenience and will be sent 72hrs before your check-in date.



House Rules

• Outdoor Fires Instruction:

– Zero Tolerance Policy: Please be aware that we strictly enforce a ZERO tolerance policy for outdoor fires on the beach. To ensure everyone’s safety and the preservation of the natural environment, please adhere to this rule.

• PLEASE REMOVE YOUR SHOES BEFORE ENTERING THE CABIN.

• Beach access is across the street. Please stay on (mowed trail/easement (30ft wide).

o By owner request: NO 4-wheelers/snowmobile down easement.

o By law: No 4-wheelers/snowmobiles on the beach.

• When returning from the beach, kindly be mindful and remove sand. It can damage the floors and is challenging to clean.

• Absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING in the cabin. If you smoke outside, please dispose of butts responsibly, and do not throw in the bushes or grass.

• THERMOSTAT: Lower level rear bedroom — For the sake of efficiency, please keep the temperature below 70.

• Riding ATV/ORV/Snowmobiles – Kindly show respect for your neighbors and the community. 25 MPH speed limit on public roads. Excessive noise or speed complaints will result in immediate eviction without a refund. Zero tolerance due to past guest issues.

• DO NOT USE any household items outside of the home, including pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and towels. This includes using pans or dishes on grills, fire pits, beaches, or during outings away from the house.

• Please watch bon fires closely and be sure to put them out when turning in for the night.

• Rain showers can pop up quickly. Please watch the weather and close the windows if you’re leaving for the day and at the end of your stay.

• Please place trash in GFL trash cart by garage. If you have an excessive amount of trash that does not fit in the provided GFL can, please take it with you for proper disposal.

• Trash pickup is Wednesday morning… Please bring GFL trash cart to the road Tuesday evening.
