Arcadia Residences 301, 2 bedroom is a modern development design, in a beautiful residential area of Kato Pafos, with walking distance to the beach and the tourist Promenade. Each Block comprises a 5 - floor building of 2 apartments on each floor and the top floor, roof garden with swimming pool.

Additional Services:

- Highchair: Available upon request at no extra charge.

- Baby Crib: Available for an additional fee of €20.

- Extra Foldable Bed: Can be provided for an additional fee.


Important Information for Your Stay:

- Minimum Stay Requirement: A minimum stay of three nights is required during high season.

- Quiet Hours and Noise Policy: Please respect our residential neighbourhood by keeping noise levels low. No parties are allowed; all outdoor music and activities should be quiet after 11 PM.

- Decoration Policy: Confetti and hanging decorations are not permitted.

- Residential Etiquette: The villa is located in a residential area and should be treated as a home.

- No Smoking or Pets: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited in our properties.

- Waste Disposal: Kindly ensure all garbage is removed from the apartment and placed in the outside bins provided.

- Departure Checklist: Before leaving, please close all windows and return the key to the lockbox.

House Rules:
• No smoking or pets allowed.
• No parties are permitted in the apartment.
• No loud music outside, and no music or loud activities outside after 23:00.
• No confetti or hanging decorations.
• Dispose of all garbage in the provided outside bins.
• Close all windows upon departure
• Place the key in the key box and scramble the code.

Regarding electrical items each of them have their own switch, you will need to keep on in order to use it.
