"We booked this hotel last minute as our travel plans were altered by protesters blocking the highway to Puerto Escondido. Very glad we decided to stay here! The hotel was very pretty, quiet and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and there are some great restaurants nearby. My only negative was the rock-hard beds which, for some reason, tend to be the norm for smaller hotels in Mexico. Would definitely stay here again (if they provide a bed topper)!"

The hotel is conveniently located and walkable to all of the City Centro sights and culture, in addition to being spotlessly clean, artistically designed with all of the modern comforts, and the communication with the hotel staff (Gerardo) was seamless in both English and Spanish. We were also travelling with a toddler, and Casa Sofi had a brand new crib available for our use...

"Perfect location for exploring the city. In the middle to everything- great restaurants and all the sights. We are able to witness the Guelaguetza festival and head back to the room for a rest in a well soundproofed room. It’s a beautiful converted convent with unique architecture and still with modern amenities. Would definitely stay here again."

Vores værelse var stort og rummeligt. 2 store dobbeltsenge, skrivebord og sofa var der. Hotellet har en lille swimmingpool, men da vi skulle på tur fik vi ikke brugt den. Vi havde kun 1 overnatning, men det kan anbefales af have flere. Hotellet ligger ikke langt fra centrum og denne by er et besøg værd. Personalet på hotellet er helt fantastiske flinke og smilende....
