Stunning Panoramic Views!! 3BR/3BA in High Pointe with amazing Lagoon Pool, and private resort beach without crowds! Corner West Facing Beachfront property with free beach set up. Designer owned unit with high end finishes, comfortably furnished with Restoration Hardware/Pottery Barn furniture. Top of the line Sealy Posturpedic mattresses in all bedrooms. These are the same mattresses that the Fairmont uses. The fully stocked chef's kitchen is a dream!

Located on stunning Seacrest Beach, and bordering Rosemary Beach, High Pointe Resort offers vacationers an upscale, beachfront experience showcasing the white sands and emerald waters of Florida’s scenic highway 30-A. With its location between Rosemary and Alys Beaches, fine restaurants and shopping are but a few minutes walk away.

Our sprawling, gated resort offers vacationers an abundance of amenities reserved exclusively for our guests, including a 6,000-square-foot blue lagoon pool with 6 waterfalls, over-sized pool deck with loungers and umbrellas, hot tub, kiddie pool, BBQ grills, private beach boardwalk, a children's playground, tennis and dedicated pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts, seasonal Gulf-side bar and grill, and much more. High Pointe’s private beachfront access is available only to guests of the resort which provides plenty of room on the beach to spread out and enjoy the sights and sands of the Gulf of Mexico.

This unit (26W) is a second floor, beachfront, 3-bedroom, 3-bath corner unit. Watch the waves roll in as you enjoy your morning coffee from our wrap-around balcony. Sip an afternoon cocktail as you take in the sunset. Our beach home is tastefully furnished with two rooms offering king beds, and a third room offering 2 full beds. All the modern amenities are included: free wi-fi, Smart TVs in living room and all 3 bedrooms with access to Amazon, Hulu, Netflix, HBO and Showtime available on cable – just to name a few.

CANNOT beat the views. The balcony wraps around the building and basically covers 3 sides. From the living room, dining room and kitchen areas there isn't a better ocean view anywhere on 30A. The host was AWESOME! Great communication, very responsive. The gated community keeps traffic to a minimum. Having Crabby Steve's right on the walk-up was very convenient as well. HIGHLY recommend.

This corner-unit condo was absolutely perfect for our girls’ trip! The location couldn’t be better—just a scenic 10-minute walk to downtown Rosemary Beach, whether along the sand or the sidewalk. Right across from the neighborhood we found a charming town center with great restaurants, a market stocked with essentials, and convenient bike rentals. There’s even a bike shop right inside the community, which made exploring a breeze.The gated community itself felt like a private retreat, complete with its own beach access and a waterfront bar serving food and drinks. We biked to both Rosemary and Alys Beach in about five minutes each way—renting bikes for the whole stay is a must!Carolyn was wonderfully welcoming and communication was seamless. The condo was spotless, and we all wanted to know where she found those dreamy linens. Morning coffee on the patio quickly became our favorite ritual.This home easily accommodated our group of six adult women and gave us everything we needed for a relaxing, memorable getaway. We can’t recommend it highly enough and can’t wait to return!

Excellent!!

Condo was GREAT!!Weather was bad the first two days, but condo view made it OK. Condo has high top chairs to not obstruct the view. Beds were very comfortable and the condo is well furnished.

We had a great time, the property is in great condition and perfect location. Location. Crabby Steve's on property is a great spot for lunch or dinner and drinks right at the beach. This unit is fully stocked, great coffee maker and the beds are very comfortable. Carolyn is a great host and she provided great recommendations for dinner in the area and is very responsive. We had a great time with our children and grandchildren, the resort is so family friendly as is the surrounding area. We will definitely be back and thanks again for everything Carolyn! Jim

Family Florida Trip

We had an amazing time here. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and had some of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. The ocean view and proximity to restaurants and shopping was excellent. Our three kids absolutely loved the pool. The host was courteous and attentive. We have already told her we will be coming back. Highly recommend!

Amazing Girls Trip

Our trip was amazing! The location was perfect. Great restaurants and shopping with the perfect ocean view. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed plus some very thoughtful extras. We'd never been to 30A before and were quite surprised at just how nice this little beach town is ... the condo was beautiful with amazing views and very well appointed. Location was absolutely perfect ... directly across the street from shops, dining, etc. Beach was pristine, weather was perfect. Cannot go wrong booking this property!

Beautiful condo in great location

This is our third visit to this spacious, immaculate condo which is well-stocked with kitchen and beach essentials. Love the location within easy walking distance of both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach (even for our 4 year old), and the small shopping area across the street which had live entertainment every night. Owner is very helpful and quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend.

Fantastic spot for a family vacation

We had an amazing stay at this property. The location was perfect and the condo was perfectly set up for our family with two kids. Everything was so well stocked with beach towels, sand toys, and anything you could need in the kitchen. There was even a toddler bed rail that we put to good use for our 3 year old. We loved also that the two-bed bedroom had black out shade for our kiddos, they slept so well! We truly hope we will come back some day to this beautiful place!

All you could want

If you’re looking for a 3 bed/3 bath with a pool on the beach you can’t beat this. The elevation and view is perfect. The unit is tastefully appointed and very well stocked. Adults and children loved the pool and Crabby Steve’s is a convenient option for meals/drinks. Only a few minutes walk to Rosemary Beach. The owner was very accommodating and timely with any questions i had. A winner all around.

High pointe

This High Pointe condo was the best we have ever occupied. The living rooms as well as the bedrooms and baths are spacious and well-furnished. The tilework is new and clean. The laundry machines are large. Every appliance is in great working order. The balcony gives a sweeping view of the Gulf. Our big family never felt crowded! We needed an armband replaced and the owner was immediately responsive, and helpful in every way. As in previous years, the jumbo pool was sparkling clean. Crabby Steve’s has excellent, cheerful service of really good food and drinks. Many thanks to the owner for sharing this home-away with us.

Beautiful condo..!!

Condo just as pictured. Was perfect for our group of 8. We stay in High Pointe often and many of the units have not been updated. This unit has beautiful bathrooms, comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Carolyn was great to work with and very responsive. Will definitely keep this unit in mind for future stays..!!
