With more than 1700 sq. ft. and 3 bedroom suites, there’s plenty of space to claim as yours, as well as the options for both togetherness and privacy.

As you enter your vacation property, the Gulf views are already on display. The living room decor is in the colors of both sand and sea, providing an earthy, tranquil vibe. A large sectional sofa offers plenty of room for the whole group to hang out and watch your favorite shows, movies, and sporting events on the curved-screen TV.

Watch the family chef’s eyes light up at the sight of the spacious kitchen! Decked out with quartz counters and stainless steel appliances, including a beverage cooler, there’s plenty of space for even the most intricate culinary creations! Best of all, you can still enjoy that incredible view as you work.

The formal dining table for 6 allows you all to sit down and savor that meal together. For a quick snack or a simple meal, the peninsula bar offers 4 stools.

Playing rock, paper, scissors over the master bedroom may be worth the effort! You’ll revel in your private entrance to the deck, just perfect for an evening glass of wine. You’ll also slumber in luxury in a king-size bed with dual nightstands and lamps. A side chair and ottoman offers you a few minutes of rest and relaxation. The Legacy Alexander penthouse suite 404 - the largest in the beautiful building met and exceeded our expectations. From the simple check in to the top notch management team that replied promptly to the few questions we had it was a relaxing, luxurious and perfect stay. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from the extremely comfortable balcony furniture, dreamy king size bed, cozy OK honey bun reading chaise a great selection of books. We enjoyed it so much. We are coming back, hopefully in February. Thank you for making this beautiful home available.

Great location and plenty of space for the five adults. A favorite spot to visit and this is perfectly located - a short walk to the beach, great food, and shops. Will consider it again, without hesitation, the next time we visit.

Beautiful condo-even better in person!

Beautiful condo! We happened to stay during the 4th of July and we were able to see all of fireworks from all of the beach towns. What an amazing view! The condo was extremely clean and you just cannot beat the location! We were a short walk to downtown Rosemary and Alys. A few things to keep in mind: the kitchen is not stocked with the basics. You will need to bring cooking oil all the way down to the salt (although we left the salt and pepper!). We had to do a big grocery haul to be able to cook anything at the condo. The private beach is packed. It’s a small area for all of the Seacrest residence, so it’s a fight to get your umbrella set up in the morning. But overall I would stay here again in a heartbeat! It’s just fabulous!

We had a wonderful stay! This condo is exactly, or better, than pictured! Everything was extremely clean upon arrival. We loved the view from the large balcony and the location is perfect. So easy to walk to Rosemary and Alys. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying at The Legacy! This was our 6th visit to Seacrest area and this location can't be beat! The space of the condo is quite large and was more than enough room for 4 adults. Highly recommend!!

Amazing!!

Such a great place! Perfect location to walk to rosemary stores and restaurants! You can walk to the beach or get the tram to take you! It was so nice and easy! So clean and nice! Would 100% rent again!

Absolutely amazing condo

Beautiful condo, well appointed, in a great location. We wanted a location with access to the beaches as well as the amenities of Seacrest. We also prefer properties with no stairs, due to having a toddler who loves to climb. This condo provided that and so much more! First off, the floorplan is a 3 bed, 3 bath, so would very comfortably accommodate a much larger group than the 3 of us. We loved that the layout was spacious and the furnishings luxurious. Beds were very comfortable. Linens were nice. Unit was very clean (important with small kids)! View from the master and the deck was just amazing! Waking up each morning to a view of the ocean was awesome! We would definitely consider this a unit that we would visit again! Thank you for the great vacay!

Great vacay!

Great location and love being on the 4th floor so we can see the ocean. Well decorated, and appointed. The bedroom closet were a especially appreciated with lots of storage space and hangers. It would be great to have info about how the tvs work in each room. Never figured out how to get cable channels in the bedrooms. Would have enjoyed a "dining" table & chairs on the deck. Would love to book again. Thank you.

This is the perfect location between Rosemary Beach and Alyes Beach! We’ll appointed condo. Everything was perfect. Directly on 30A. We had such a great stay. Couldn’t have been nicer. Will book again.

Beautiful condo with beautiful views

I have been coming to this area for 15 years and this was one of the nicest places I have stayed in. Very clean. Very updates. Beautiful views. Management was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. The microwave broke on the last day and they had us a replacement within a couple of hours. I was very impressed and would highly recommend. Kitchen was well stocked! Our family had a great week!

The property is adjacent to Seacrest. Seacrest has one access to the beach were they apparently on 100 yards of Frontage. The entire Resort funnels into that beach access and limited space. As you can imagine you are shoulder to shoulder. We wound up utilizing the public beach adjacent to Rosemary Beach. Much nicer and less crowded! We decided to try the pool instead of the beach on her first day. They have a 12,000 square foot pool. Once again the entire Resort utilizes that pool. It's kind of like being on a Carnival Cruise! The pool was extremely crowded and if you didn't get there early you wouldn't get a chair. One additional caveat is the adult break every hour so the children under 11 can get out and take a bathroom break! Really makes you wonder! The condo is extremely nice and high end as expected. Located on the 4th floor overlooking the Gulf and Highway 30A. Unfortunately the highway is very busy and if you're sitting on the deck you can almost not talk to someone. Seacrest, Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach do not allow the use of golf carts. This makes the only mode of transportation bike or car. This really is a big difference compared to watercolor and seaside! Our last issue was the internet. He was extremely unreliable. That was the source of Television which is usually no big deal. Unfortunately the image constantly froze. Trying to use the internet resulted in the same result. No matter what it was still a wonderful week!

Wonderful!

Beautiful penthouse condo! Had everything we needed plus an amazing view. Walking distance to Alys Beach area and Rosemary. The tram to the beach was very convenient.
