A 2-3 night minimum stay is required except for the Summer Season-Memorial Day through the First Weekend of August when there is 7 night minimum with check in on Saturday, check out the following Saturday. Minimum rental age is 25. No Pets. No smoking or vaping inside the condo, please.

This stunning 5th floor property has been remodeled top-to-bottom and it is impressive! Your open floor plan great room is beachfront with great views of the beach and the amazing Edgewater Pool Complex! Relax and enjoy the sound of the waves on your beautiful sofa and love seat. The queen sleeper sofa sleeps two and is oh so comfy. The big screen TV with Roky streaming is great for watching the big game or enjoying movie night by the sea. You'll love the complimentary LuxSpeed WiFi throughout the property.

The kitchen has a beach view, too. It is well equipped, so you can prepare a gourmet meal or quick breakfast, lunch or a special snack. A full-sized refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave are included. Dishes, pots, pans, flatware, blender, coffee maker, and more!

The dining room, which is also Gulf-front, seats 6 at the table and has more seating for 2 at the bar. Step out the sliding glass doors onto your balcony from the living room and the dining room, the views are endless! This makes it inviting to eat in or sit and play board games or cards.

Enjoy your coffee with the sounds of the ocean on your private balcony. Relax in the evening with a beverage and a fabulous sunset. Balcony has plenty of seating. This is just the place for relaxing the day away and people watching!

The spacious Tropical Palms Master Suite with its elegant decor has a comfy king-sized bed, an en-suite bath that offers a separate dressing area with a double vanity with plenty of storage space, and a large soaking tub. This bathroom is updated and very modern!

The Coastal Cottage Guest Bedroom Suite offers a queen-sized bed and is decorated in coastal decor and has an adjoining full bath with a tub/shower combo & single vanity.

Both bedrooms have flat screens TVs with streaming Roku, high thread count luxury bed linens. Fluffy high-quality bathroom towels, and kitchen towels are all included, you'll feel right at home! There is a full size washer & dryer in the hallway closet and an iron and ironing board provided so you can always look your best.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The beachfront Lagoon Pool is 11,500 square feet of pure pleasure with four beachfront hot tubs. There are restaurants and a bar located nearby, too. There are plenty of pool lounges for relaxing by the pool. For an additional charge, you can rent a Select Pool Lounge Set or a poolside Cabana with all the luxury amenities. The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side. The Villas have pools, too.
