Pros: The staff was very accommodating and made things very easy because I was able to do mobile check-in and communicate with the front desk via text. They responded promptly and addressed any needs. We’ve stayed here multiple times in the past and thought we’d give it another try. Pool was clean.
Cons: I did not mention this to the staff but our room smelled like sewage a lot of the time. I know they would have accomated a room change had I mentioned it, though. I was made aware at check-in that room service is only available on the 4th day unless requested, but I did have to text for more clean towels and toilet papers before then and they brought them up the next day. The drawers in our room did not catch, so you had to be very careful when opening them or they would fall out on your feet. One fell out and crushed my husband’s toe. These are minor things really because our overall experience was great.
