Edgewater Beach Golf and Beach Resort. If you’re looking for a resort condo rental in Panama City Beach, you’ve come to the right place. It’s got everything! And the Windward Building is located at the quiet end of the resort!

This place has it all for everybody. Tee times for Dad, massages for Mom, tennis lessons for the teenagers (when they’re not cruising up and down the strip) and a kid’s club! Guests/Renters will now have access to the club facilities (gym, tennis, basketball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, etc.) free of charge and will be given admittance with their wristband.

The LIVING ROOM offers plenty of seating, including a queen sofa that's perfect for two to sleep comfortably. There's also a flat-screen TV with cable, so when you're not soaking up the sun at the beach, lounging by the pool, hitting the golf course, or relaxing in the spa, you can enjoy a variety of channels. If you'd prefer, you can always open your laptop and browse the web with the high-speed internet available. But honestly, if you're spending all your time indoors instead of on those stunning sugar-white sand beaches, you're truly missing out. They’re some of the best in Florida, and the water is what gives the Emerald Coast its name.

The MASTER BEDROOM has a queen bed. Of course, there’s a TV so that you can relax while the kid’s are napping. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear. You even have high speed internet access.

The MASTER BATHROOM has a beautiful granite sink with shower. And there’s a second bath as well.

The full KITCHEN area’s big enough to fix a meal but it doesn’t eat up all the space. You’ll love all the upgrades.

If you want to eat in and spend some family time there’s a roomy table.

The Washer/Dryer is easy to get to in the unit so you can keep everybody in clean clothes.

With this bedroom and the pull-out sleeper sofa you’ll comfortably sleep 4.
