The location is amazing. The facility is very clean. Plenty of space, beds were very comfortable. Rooms are very big. Absolutely perfect stay! We will definitely use this again.

Our stay at this condo was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, Greta’s staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The unit itself was immaculate and beautifully designed, but the real highlight was the breathtaking view of the sunset from the west end unit —it was truly mesmerizing! One of the most magical moments of our trip was spotting a manatee right off the shore, a peaceful and unforgettable experience. Whether you're looking for relaxation or adventure, this place has it all. We can't recommend it enough and will definitely be back for another unforgettable stay!

Last of Summer Vaca

Planned a last vacation of summer getaway….love staying at this end of the beach, my favorite, love tropic winds, great condo, huge balcony, no complaints! We really needed this as my husband had just gotten out of the hospital and was still dealing with medical issues. He had a great time. We stayed in the ocean, shopped, ate, and sat. Saw the most marine life I’ve ever seen here! Just the best time and great condo for a family!

I had a handful of questions prior to renting and the team was extremely communicative. The unit was as described and being directly on the beach made everything so much easier. Riley was super helpful when the fire alarm started beeping and fixed the issue immediately. I would 100% recommend renting from Greta's Beach Rentals and would absolutely rent this unit again.The views were amazing and having a corner unit balcony was so nice. The building is quite easy to get to, only thing is is the parking garage is a little tight but no major issues.Bell carts are provided to easily load in all of your belongings into the unit. Elevators are quick, really didn't have to wait long. Beach service was nice as you'd just make a reservation for whichever chairs you wanted.

The unit itself is decorated in welcoming relaxing colors and furnishings that takes all your cares away. You can tell the owner takes great pride in their condo. The balcony is just as awesome. The view is amazing. Each morning is filled with wonder of what sea life you’re going to see that day. The bonus it’s on a quiet end of the beach. Greta’s Beach Rentals is the icing on the cake to bring it all together. They are always helpful and accommodating. May 2023 Stay

Girls trip 2023! We had a fabulous time and enjoyed staying at Tropic Winds! The condo was beautiful, comfortable, well equipped, and clean. We even found a regular coffee pot in the cabinet. We found extra beach supplies that we made good use of. There was nothing we needed that we did not have! The beach access was great, no steps involved, and just a short walk. The only thing that I didn't care for was the pool area at the side of the building. The sun was a very short visitor. It disappeared behind the building, and the area was shaded in the early afternoon. The wind was also very strong between the two buildings, so combined with the shade, it was a bit chilly in May. The building is north of the hustle and bustle, so we were able to relax and unwind. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again! Thank you for a wonderful time!

This condo, TW 2209, was amazing! The views are to die for and it is the perfect location. There is no long wait times for an elevator even with all of the condos in the entire condominium. The pool is excellent also. The condo is stocked with everything you need for cooking/baking! When we walked into this condo-we felt at home! We will most definitely return. The only issue we had honestly was the very hard beds, but some people prefer that-so it really isn’t an issue! We just know for future reference!
