The Space:

Inside, this 4th-floor home unfolds with a bright and inviting living space. The open-concept design makes it easy to flow from the living room—complete with a smart TV, plush couch, and a love seat with ottoman—into the sleek, modern kitchen. Here, you’ll find stainless steel appliances, stunning stone countertops, a Keurig for your morning coffee, and counter seating for three. Just beyond, the dining table for four creates the perfect spot for shared meals. Step onto your waterfront balcony, where plenty of comfortable seating invites you to take in panoramic views of the Gulf while sipping a drink or watching the sunset.



Beyond the resort, you’re in the heart of Panama City Beach, with shopping, dining, and entertainment all within walking distance. From the sugar-white sands of the Gulf to nearby attractions like Pier Park and family-friendly activities, you’ll find endless ways to fill your days before returning to your serene lakeside retreat at Wharftown Retreat.



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a set of twin-over-twin bunk beds near the bathroom hallway.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 full size beds and a smart TV.



This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

-Must be 25 to rent this property.

-This home is non-smoking.

- Washer and dryer in home.

- Garage parking for 2 vehicles available, parking passes required.

- All guests must register prior to their stay at Laketown Wharf, the registration fee is $103.68, which covers wristband usage and up to two parking passes. (Registration link will be sent with check-in instructions.)

- The parking pass must be displayed on the vehicle dashboard at all times while on the property. This condo offers parking for 2 vehicles in the parking garage.

- 8 wristbands will be provided in the unit upon arrival. Lost wristbands can be replaced at the lobby for $25 per band. Broken wristbands can be replaced at the lobby free of charge.
