Watercrest will be replacing balcony railings and painting the beachside exterior of the building from October 1 2025 to March 14, 2026. During this time condos could have limited or no access to balconies while specific work is being completed. as outlined below for the condos we manage. **The resort pool will be closed from 01/01/2026- 03/02/2026. There is a chance it could face delays and not be reopened until 03/14/2026. The beach access will be open during the pool closure. The Hot Tub and Kiddie pool will be opened unless weather requires a closure due to paint overspray on windy days. It will be impossbile to know the schedule for these dates in advance. Our rates have been discounted during these windows to provide guest with an economical stay during construction.
Current Balcony Access Updates:
Watercrest 401. 901, 1201, 210, 510, 1510, 1710 - Balcony and Railing work has been completed and balcony access is now available effective November 15, 2025.
Watercrest 203, 209, 408, 502, 902, 1102, 1403, 1603, 1509 - Are all being worked on with completion date for access to balconies effective 01/12/2026.
Watercrest 207, 904, 1405 - Balconies will be closed effective 01/12/2026 until the balcony project is completed with anticipated completion date of 03/14/2026. We are striving to complete this work by 03/01/2026 but weather could play a factor in this.
Front of building Paint Dates 03/02/2026 to 05/24/226: This will not affect balconies or pool decks but construction noise will occur at times. Parking Overflow lot will be utltilized to accommodate guest vehicles.

Our dining table with seating for 6 is great for gathering everyone together for meals, games, and planning the day's activities. Three barstools provide additional gathering space. A 65" smart TV is surrounded by a panoramic view of the endless waves & beach. The master bedroom features a glass sliding door to the wraparound balcony where you'll experience beautiful sunsets. Located in the rear of the Condo, this quiet space allows room to recoup from the day's activities, enjoy the view, and reconnect. The master suite also features a toddler bed in the closet. A 65" smart TV caps off this Master Suite. The Guest Bedroom features a private balcony overlooking the City of PCB and St Andrew Bay, where Sunrises never disappoint. A queen bed, rocking chair and 50" smart TV await you, away from the main living area to recharge. The bunkroom sleeps 3 via a bunk bed with built in trundle drawer. Watercrest is located on the east end of Thomas Drive in the Lower Grand Lagoon section of Panama City Beach. Great Restaurants like Pineapple Willy's, Patches, Schooner's, Dat Cajun Place, The Grand Marlin, Captain Anderson's, Andy's Flour Power and J Michael's make dining out super easy while on vacation in the area.
St. Andrews State Park is 5 mins away and the family can enjoy hiking, sunbathing, and numerous activities at the beach area of the state park. The St. Andrews Marina is just 10 mins away and fishing excursions and dolphin tours are bookable on any given day. For the golfers in the group there are numerous golf courses just 15 mins away.
The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
