The home is also conveniently located near scenic Lake Powell and provides quick access to shopping, dining, and entertainment at Pier Park.
Inside, Golden Hour Getaway offers a welcoming and thoughtfully designed layout with plenty of room to gather while still providing comfortable private spaces.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk — making it an ideal setup for families or groups. Two full bathrooms provide comfort and convenience for your stay.
The well-equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals and snacks, along with bar seating for casual dining and conversation. A dining area seats four, while the cozy living room invites guests to unwind with comfortable seating, a charming faux fireplace, balcony access, and a full-size pull-out couch that sleeps two, providing additional sleeping space for larger groups.
The garage has been converted into a game room, featuring a pool table, basketball game, and other fun games for all ages — perfect for indoor entertainment and family fun. The large driveway can accommodate approximately four cars.
Outdoor living is a standout feature of Golden Hour Getaway. The large fenced backyard creates a private setting for relaxation and connection, complete with a fire pit, outdoor seating, and a patio area designed for enjoying coastal evenings. An outdoor shower provides a convenient place to rinse off after beach days, and multiple balconies offer peaceful spots to relax and take in the coastal breeze.
