EVERBEACH RETREAT is a newly remodeled two-story house with brand new appliances and furniture. It's a spacious vacation home with 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms that sleeps 12. There are a living room, a 2nd floor sitting area, and a game room for your whole family to hang out during your vacation.

The modern kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless appliances and all the cookware essentials for you to prepare a delicious breakfast or dinner for your family. The stylish living room has a new 65'' smart TV with cable TV services. Your family can watch sport games together, or sign into your streaming video account to have a family movie night!

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and another bedroom has two twin beds. The twin bedroom also has a private bathroom, and also an entrance to the game room which is located on the back of the house.

On the second floor, there are three bedrooms - the king bedroom, queen bedroom and a bunk room. The king bedroom is a suite with a private bathroom. The queen bedroom and the bunk room share another bathroom. There is also a small work space in the bunk room. If you need to work remotely, you can use this bunk room as an office.

The game room is located on the back of the house. It can be accessed from the twin room or from an exterior door with a smart lock. It has a pool table, an electronic dart board and some board games for your group to enjoy during rainy days. It also has a 75" smart TV for a movie or sport night!

There are two large decks too - the first floor deck has a dining area and the second floor deck has a sectional sofa and a swing chair. The gas grill is off the deck for you to grill nearby. If you bring your fur friends, the large fenced front yard is good for them to enjoy and relax!

Beach gear is provided in the storage shed near the outdoor shower. It's convenient for you to enjoy the beach vacation without bringing everything. But please rinse the sand off by the outdoor shower before you go back to the house.
