You will have private, keyless access to the entire home. Your stay also includes full access to all the amenities within the gated Venture Out Resort.

Other things to note
**Resort Fee:** Venture Out Resort requires a one-time, non-negotiable $75 registration fee per vehicle, up to a maximum of 2 cars (motorcycles count towards this limit). This fee covers your gate pass, parking, and full access to all resort amenities and is paid directly to the resort via a secure link sent to your email.

**Payment Process:** I will request your email address to forward to the Venture Out HOA, who will send you a secure payment link directly.

Venture Out HOA allows a maximum of TWO registered vehicles per property (motorcycles count toward this limit). This policy is strictly enforced by the HOA.

**Complimentary Beach Service:** From March to October, enjoy complimentary beach chair service! Simply let the attendant at the Tiki Bar know you are a guest of our unit.

**Pool Seasonality:** The lagoon pool is open year-round for your enjoyment. The beachside pool is open seasonally from March 1st through the end of October. Please note that amenities may occasionally close for maintenance without notice.

**Travel Protection:** We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip from any unexpected circumstances, illnesses, or weather events.

**Hurricane Policy:** For your peace of mind, we issue refunds only if there is an official, mandatory evacuation order for our specific area.
