• Your welcome amenity pack includes 1 roll of paper towels, 3 kitchen trash bags, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap for the kitchen and bathrooms, dish soap, a sponge, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry detergent pods, and travel-size body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and makeup remover cloths. Beach towels are excluded.

• Pet Policy: Cristalino Summer is not pet-friendly. We are unable to accommodate pets at this property under any circumstances. Please note that bringing a pet may result in additional cleaning fees or cancellation of your reservation.
• No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the home or anywhere on the property.

Community Rules:
• Noise Awareness: Please be respectful of noise levels at all times to ensure a peaceful experience for neighbors and fellow guests.
• Golf Carts Prohibited: Effective January 1st, 2022, Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), Mokes, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), go-carts, motor scooters or similar motorized vehicles are prohibited within Seacrest Beach.

• Security Disclosure: For guest safety and community compliance, this home is equipped with a monitored security system and a required pool alarm. These devices are in place for security purposes only and do not monitor any interior spaces. Tampering with, disabling, or obstructing any safety or surveillance equipment is strictly prohibited.
• Security Locations: Three actively recording exterior cameras are located in the following areas: Front entryway (over the main door), Rear patio entry (facing the back door), and Third-floor balcony (facing the street).
