  • Sunnyside Beach and Tennis Resort er en rolig flugt beliggende på den rolige side af Panama City Beach, FL. Beliggende midt i frodige grønne områder omfatter det tropiske paradis 18 acres med 350 ft af smaragdvandene og sukker hvide sandstrande. En unik kvalitet på dette feriested er vores private fodgænger adgang til stranden. Underpasset er en godt oplyst tunnel under naturskønne Highway 98, som fører til vores store lysthus og strandpromenade. De komplekse faciliteter omfatter: tennisbaner, shuffle board courts, 2 swimmingpools (en for de små), en legeplads, et klubhus, som har: gratis WiFi-forbindelse, bordtennisbord og møntbetjent poolbord. Amazing!!!

The pictures do not do this property justice. Everything was clean, well organized, clutter free. The kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable. The property is a short walk to the underground beach access which was a plus. I will definitely be renting again in the near future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Sunnyside for 20+ years. We loved #36 (our first time in that unit). It is very comfortable, lots of space and well furnished. The location near the pool is perfect for families. My only complaint is the sprinkler system/timing issue. For as long as we have been staying there, the sprinklers are on the worst possible timing system. There has never been a night when we were visitng other condos that we did not get soaked going to and from. Also, one morning I went to the store recently (in the pouring rain) and returned to get sprayed down by the sprinklers while unloading the groceries. I would think the timing could be set for the middle of the night when guests are not outside.

Reviewer Comments: Beautiful complex, wonderfully renovated unit, great location, perfect for a family vacation. The condo was exactly as described. Just a couple of suggestions for additions to the unit: full-length mirrors in the bedrooms or bathrooms, more hooks throughout to hang towels and swimsuits, and a few more kitchen amenities would be great (additional hand towels and dish rags especially). Overall, we all really loved it and would definitely consider returning again.
