  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Beautiful condo!

The condo is beautiful, clean and well stocked. Perfect getaway with plenty of room for the 6 of us. Elevators were really quick, convenient area to unload the car and easy access to condo, parking was simple. Quiet area for spring break week!

Great condo and owner!

My family and I came for fall break and the condo was perfect for us. We enjoyed ourselves ! Veronica was very nice and responsive. It had everything we needed and big plus there is a bar and Starbucks on bottom floor! We will defiantly be back!

Relaxing Fall Break

Condo is in Tower II, and Tower I only had one elevator working so the wait was long. Tower II has a different address but we were given instructions to take elevator up to level 3 from Tower I and go across the crosswalks around to Tower II to get on the elevator for the room. We could have gotten on the elevators in Tower II to begin with since we flew in and was dropped off by a rideshare. We quickly adjusted the the landscape of the buildings. Over all our stay was very relaxing. The Master suite is huge! The pillows were too firm for my preference but the bed was comfortable and I slept very well. It has a large ensuite but because I'm short, I was unable to adjust the shower head to my height but I made it work. We did have to search for the bath towels and they were located under the sink in the front bathroom. Owners gratefully provided four beach chairs and toys which my 5 year old grandson loved playing with in the sand. This was helpful and cost effective for us since we flew in. On our next visit I hope beach unbrellas are added to the beach accessories. Kitchen appliances and washer and dryer are top of the line. The room is right across from the elevators but it wasn't noisy or distracting. Plenty of games are provided for family play time. We loved having onsite Security and being in walkable distance to other restaurants and even a bowling alley. Sunset were spectacular and being on the 6th floor was perfect. We cannot wait to come back!!

Wonderful!

This condo is convenient in every way! It’s close to everything, food, shopping, entertainment, and beach! You step out of the condo and within steps you are on the elevator and on the beach.Its very nice and the host was available within minutes to answer any questions we had! They really go above and beyond on amenities for a pleasant stay! I definitely recommend staying here!!!

Me and my family really enjoyed our time here, perfect location, awesome view of the beach, couple steps from the water. Clean condo, with friendly people, lots of activities even on rainy days. Comfy beds, lots of kitchen utensils… i hope we can return next year. Amazing. Thank you.

Family Vacation

Perfect beach vacation

This beautiful condo was exactly as described. My family of five were very comfortable. The view was amazing and the easy access to the beach was great. Vanessa was very responsive and so easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo was so perfect! It was extremely clean and well kept, the owner is so nice very responsive. It’s super spacious, we traveled with 3 teenagers and we had plenty of room. The location is great and has a beautiful view right on the beach!

Perfect getaway

This property is A+ along with Vanessa (owner). The Condo itself was very nice and had plenty of room. The view of the ocean is perfect. The kitchen had all the necessities of home with what looks like new countertops and floors throughout. The master bedroom was huge with a very comfortable bed and a nice shower. The other two bedrooms were not huge, but had plenty of space and comfortable beds. The condo had plenty of nice beach chairs and toys that we were able to use. The unit is just steps from the elevator (it's not noisy at all) and trash chute. Once you get off the elevator, it's a straight shot to the ocean. Vanessa is great and responds very quickly. We had one minor issue upon arrival and Vanessa was quick to get it taken care of. The resort itself is also very nice. There is security on site that walks around all hours of the day/night and they are constantly cleaning around the place. Checking in was a small hassle as you have to give your d/l to check out a luggage cart and with everyone trying to check in at the same time, it can be a little wait. The walk to the parking garage is not bad at all and it's a covered walkway with air, so that makes it nice. Sometimes parking can be tough and you may have to park a couple floors up and take an elevator, but still not bad. Overall, this place is fantastic and I would highly recommend it. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Overall good

Nice condo. Convenient and easy. Didn’t have to wait an extended period of time for elevators like some condos. Could use some extra cleaning to get rid of mold in the showers. But overall this unit was nice and amenities were good. Would stay again.
