Om overnatningsstedet

Charming 1Br Condo on the beach with pool outside back door and beach access.

  • You will love the convenience of Sunswept 302. The condo is located on the first floor next to the pool. Parking is right outside the front door so you won't have to deal with long walks from a parking garage or waiting for an elevator. Beach access is on the south side of the complex.

The condo has a King size bed in the bedroom, a kitchen with the essentials, and the living room includes a hide-a-bed couch that can sleep 2 additional guests. There are televisions in the Living room and bedroom with basic cable. The unit includes a washer and dryer. The patio has seating with a view of the pool. Wireless internet is also included so feel free to stream your favorite shows and movies.

We have loved this complex since our first stay. We really like the quiet atmosphere of the east end of the beach. You will be close to St. Andrews state park, the marinas, and Shell Island. Should you decide to venture to the west end of the beach, Pier Park is only 20 minutes away via Back Beach Rd.

We pride ourselves on offering a clean, well-maintained condo at an affordable price. We think you will love it just as much as we do.

We have Direct TV stream and Xfinity apps on the TV for you to use. The Xfinity App has the 4 local stations for the area... ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC. The Direct TV app has 130 channels to choose from. You are free to install your own apps to stream, but Please don't uninstall or logout our account on XFinity or Direct TV.

Perfect for us. The beach was red flag all week but that happens in summer. Many people there were owners and were so nice and helpful. We would come again.

This charming condo was indeed charming! The Condo was well appointed and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped, with cooking pots and pans along with some baking dishes and a dishwasher too. If you are there to really relax and not do any cooking, there are so many restaurants to choose from. The bed was comfortable, extra pillows if needed and the bath towels were fluffy! This unit also had a washer and dryer, which was wonderful. The condo complex has several buildings, the one I stayed in was not on the beach but literally just a one minute walk to the beach. The pool was right out side the slider door - so convenient. I would rent again!!

Vacation getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is as pictured and described. It’s a short walk to the beach. The only critique is the mattress is not the most comfortable and there could be some extra wash cloths and bath towels. All in all, it was a great stay.

Great Stay

I traveled and stayed here alone. It was perfect for me. I loved being able to park at the door which made getting in and out very easy. Everything appeared to be clean and in good working order. The beach was just a quick walk away.

Sunswept 302

James is a great host, the kitchen was well stocked, pool outside backdoor. Nice and quiet at night. For us it is a great location, Outlaw BBQ & Barracuda within walking distance. Good for a afternoon break from the beach for lunch. Thanks James for a 2nd great year. Bruce & Tracy Butler

Awesome stay

My husband and I booked this condo for a two day stay with our 10 year old daughter. It was perfect. The description is spot on. Easy walk to beach, we even had to go back a couple of times to make sandwiches and so forth, it is that easy. You literally step out to the pool from the patio...so if you have younger kids it is easy to watch them from the patio. We really enjoyed our stay.
