This unit has been updated beautifully with lovely colors and beachy decor. Gulf views from both the master bedroom, living area, and of course the Balcony. This unit is on the sought after 6th floor. Regency Towers is one of the few Gated Beach Condominium resorts that has 24 hour security. This complex is known for its' amenities which include two large, Olympic size pools (one heated), a poolside Tiki bar, kiddie pool, Hot tub, large grassy/green space area, barbeque grills, Exercise room and a billiard room. This would make the perfect beach get-a-way. Regency is spread out on one of the largest beachfront spots, spacious pool decks, boardwalk, green space, and plenty of parking. During season enjoy activities like pool side Karaoke & family movies on the lawn.
A Pack n Play and Portable high chair is also included in the condo, as well as books, cards and board games for a rainy day. Roku smart Televisions are in each in bedroom.
We also have 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, frisbee, beach towels, cooler and beach bag for your use while staying.
Registration and Parking Pass is $40 for the entire stay in the gated, large and monitored parking lot. Additional parking passes available for $20 for each additional vehicle. There is an overflow lot across the street as well.
