Welcome to our NEW LISTING @ Sterling Breeze Newest & Luxurious beach front condominium. Our spacious 3B/3b unit, we are excited to share with our guests. Overlooking the sugar white sand & emerald waters, newly painted unit 1007, 10th floor, our unit has two Master bedrooms one is a lock out room with its own balcony, kitchenette, private bathroom. We also have a two bunk bed bedroom with its own bathroom. Our unit offers a well appointed fully equipped kitchen w/ granite countertops, Smart Internet TV, high definition cable, Netflix access, Free WIFI, WasherDryer, Fresh Linens, Two private balconies with breathtaking ocean views. Sterling Breeze is the only building equipped w/ a grill on each balcony.
Beach Service included March 1st to Oct. 31. Avoid the hassle of ‘check in’ by going directly to your condo upon arrival. The keyless door entry system, no need of keys to keep up while vacationing.
Our Three Bedroom, three bath (two Masters w/ Amazing panoramic views of the gulf, including bunk-room) is spacious for families & friends, **please indicate exactly the number in your party for the actual rate. We welcome all to Relax & Enjoy your mornings out in the balcony experiencing the beautiful views while you have your morning coffee. If you need to exercise, step into the state-of-art-fitness center which overlooks the beach! Take a stroll down to the pool sideI Internet Cafe & Wine Bar and enjoy your favorite beverage while sunning pool side at the large gulf-front overflow edge pool, sitting around the fire pit or while enjoying the hot tub.
After your day at the beach, take a short walk to Pier Park and enjoy all that it has to offer or stay in and enjoy the relaxing sunset on your private balcony.
Sterling Breeze offers free high speed Internet access, Free local and long distance calls within the USA, children’s activities during peak season, covered parking, gulf front pool (heated seasonally) and hot tub, fitness center, beachfront fire pit pool area, Horseshoe Pit in the parking garage, beach service and 24 Hour Security. Located 15 minutes to Panama City Bay County International Airport and 1 mile from Frank Brown Park, Panama City Beach’s premiere recreational park.

👓Hi Janeth! Just getting around to emailing you.
We had a wonderful time at Sterling Breeze! The unit was extremely clean and well equipped. We loved having the two master bedrooms and felt that we had plenty of room to spread out. Having three bathrooms was perfect as the teenage girls had their own space. The beds were comfortable. The living/kitchen area was large enough for us all to eat and hang out. Loved the couches...I think they are new! We had a lazy rainy day binge watching Netflix one day and all had a spot to lay/sit/nap. Overall, it was absolutely perfect. We are already talking about returning next year!

Overall great location, place was massive! Wish the beds were a bit softer but not a reason not to stay here. Janeth the host was Amazing and answered when I called her or texted her if I had questions or concerns. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Property and Host

Wonderful Stay!!!!

Our family comes to PCB every couple years and we always stay at Sterling Breeze. This condo has been the best one we have ever stayed in. Our family had the best stay! The condo is very roomy and very clean. Check in and parking passes were so easy. Well stocked with everything you need. Janeth was absolutely wonderful to work with and very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend booking with her!!!

Perfect condo and awesome location

Condo was perfect for our family, very spacious, loved it having 2 master suites and my grandson loved the bunk bedroom. Location was great and the views from the balcony were gorgeous. Janeth the owner was very helpful and answered any questions promptly. We plan on revisiting and will try to stay here again . We highly recommend staying here.

Large condo and great location.

Our family includes 4 adults, 2 teens and 1 child. This unit accommodated everyone with ease. It is very spacious and well appointed, including a great view of the ocean. It is in a great location, within walking distance of several restaurants and Pier Park. We had no issues with the elevators and the parking garage is very convenient with a walkway over the street. The owner/contact, Janeth, was a pleasure to deal with. There was an issue that was out of her control, but she immediately responded and made arrangements to have the issue resolved as soon as possible. I would definitely recommend this unit and owner.

2023 Family Vacation

There were 10 of us staying at this condo, most of which were adults. The room itself was very nice with a few minor inconveniences such as there was no lock on the hall bathroom door, the bunk bed room TV only had one channel (Disney channel) with only adults using that room. The staff at the resort was another issues itself. There was a “bouncer” at the pool. I understand checking for bracelets to make sure people coming and going are actually guests, but these people were rude and yelled at everyone! They didn’t allow floats in the pool or throwing balls, which is fine, but one guy yelled at a child for sitting on the edge of the pool holding a football being good, not throwing it. Absolutely no fun allowed at the pool!!! Oh, and you better know before you come down to the pool if you are spending the day at the pool or the beach because you cannot lay your beach chair or cooler down anywhere around the pool, even for a minute to go to the bathroom without getting yelled at! Overall, we had a great time, the room and property were nice and clean, but we spent almost no time at the pool because of the staff. For this reason I would not stay at Sterling Breeze again.

Fall Break

We were 2 families with 8 people total staying in PCB for Fall Break. We had 4 adults and 4 children. Janeth’s property was perfect for us! We had 2 masters and a bunk room For the kiddos. Lots of space for all of us! The place was well equipped and we prepared breakfast and lunch each day in the condo. It was conveniently located to all things PCB. The beach was perfect and not overcrowded. It was clean and Janeth was responsive to any concern we had. I would highly recommend this property if it fits your group. We would definitely stay here again!

Labor Day Weekend with family

We enjoyed our stay in PCB in this corner unit! The views are awesome. The 2 master bedrooms are perfect, and the added bunk room was nice too...mattresses slept very comfortably. The property is in close proximity to one of our favorite places to eat at... Dusty's Oyster House, with in walking distance. We made breakfast in the room each day and ate dinner out. The unit has everything you need if you want to cook in, it came with all necessary amenities as well! Communication with the owner was easy and she was very nice. Will definitely book again as we stay in Pcb often! Thankyou to the owners for sharing your condo with us! We tried to leave it in very good order and we cleaned up after ourselves so that the cleaners did not have to deal with any messes. Left them a tip as well for their hard work!

Home away from Home !!

Condo- We had the most amazing time ! For starters, Janeth was extremely responsive; even called to check on us the day of check in. Unit is beautiful in person, spacious, and in a great location. The unit has ever thing you need and more ! The unit has its own Mother-in-law suite attached that comes with the rental. The addition has a small beverage refrigerator, bar sink, lots of cabinets, and eat in area. No additional oven in this area but it does have a microwave. It’s perfect for anyone with small children or an additional couple wanting their space. It even has a separate balcony. The bathrooms are spacious. The master bathroom has a shower so big that it takes up one entire wall. The kitchen has lots of gadgets to use for cooking !! I didn’t see a food chopper but I always bring my mini one when we travel to a condo. No big deal !! There is an electric grill on the balcony which made it great for grilling. We grilled many times for lunch and supper. Janeth has thought of so many little extras such as added towels and some other things that I won’t mention. We were shocked !! Let’s just say that if you use it, replace it for the next guest. The trash shoot is outside your door!! This unit really is home away from home!! We didn’t want to leave !! Sterling Breeze- the concierge lady who works on the weekends is Amazing !! When she found out which unit we rented, She had only nice things to say about Janeth and her husband. It was easy to obtain a cart for moving in for the week. You can also rent a shopping cart for $5 coin. You keep the coin during the week, not the cart , when you return the coin you get your $5 back. Level 3 is where you unload. But it can also be done on level 2 of the parking garage. The pool is clean ! The grounds are well kept !! There was never a problem with the elevators. The food at the pool bar was basic bar food. They could step it up a bit. However, I had the best mixed drink at this pool bar !! It was better than any I had at local restaurants. You can walk to Dusty’s to eat. We walked to Pier Park Pier. It was around 1.6 miles round trip. Great location !! Fun times !! Lots of mammal life in front of this condo: Dolphins, birds, shark, fish, sting-ray. Thanks for the memories Janeth ! This is our favorite condo we’ve ever rented !!

This condo was absolutely amazing

I have stayed at Sterling breeze a few times. The location is great. This condo, 1007 was amazing. It’s was clean, stocked, plenty of room. We had a party of 8 and we absolutely loved it. The host was also available and helpful. I highly recommend this unit and owner. I look forward to using them again.

Spring break 2022 with teens

This is our second year staying at Sterling Breeze for spring break. Family with 3 teenage daughters ranging from 13 to 18 and their friends. Property - Sterling breeze is great. Not too many units, off street parking, amazing pool and hot tub. Spacious units. Grills on the balcony. Clean. Diverse renters… variety of college students and families of all ages. You never feel you are on top of anyone. Very close to Pier Park. Location - We like this area of PCB. Away from the party scene, but close enough if you want to experience it. The teens love Pier Park. This year we got a 6 seat golf cart and the girls loved cruising the coast. Rental - 1007 is superior to our accomodations last year. Freshly painted, fully stocked, smart TVs, tastefully decorated. Of course some wear and tear like a regular rental, but one of the best rental properties we have ever stayed in. The rental is unique with having the attached mother-in-law suite with private bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. The bunk room was great too. The owner is attentive and easy to work with. Thank you so much and we look forward to visiting again sometime in the future!
