  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Charged extra for late checkout but I keep reminded that I need to leave property by 10 am which we did but money not refunded. Gym code not worked even pool code was wrong. Not able to avail any amenity. Home internet also not worked properly , router down several time. Over all experience is bad.

The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, the balcony and its view was amazing. Parking is adequate, with a spot in the lower garage and then overflow across the road on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional public parking is available for a fee behind the condo's overflow. The condo facilities were in pretty good shape, overall, and we had a great time with the whole family staying here. The only downside was the dishwasher was broken and they weren't able to get it fixed during our stay - had to handwash the dishes. The property managers were responsive... there were a few minor things (other than the dishwasher) that were not working, but did not distract from our trip. The TV has limited cable channels and Roku streaming. The Wifi worked fine.

Family Vacation

I enjoyed my stay here at the Ocean Resort at Panama City Beach. I have been bringing my kids and grandkids here every year and this is the best one i have ever stayed at. Plenty of room on the extended balcony 4 spacious br with 4 baths. Plenty of family room on the inside and tv’s in every room. Water stayed hot when we took baths at the same time toys for the kids to take to the beach. Plenty of different card games for adults and kids. the only downfall was the parking we had 3 vehicles but only one can park in parking deck and so we paid for parking daily. Some one was in my park the last night i stayed but hotel reimbursed for having to park in paid parking.. So overall i give this a five star rating..

Perfect escape for our family.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was a little off the beaten path, just as we like it. Our condo was very clean and comfortable. The elevators went down for a little bit, however, it only took a simple text to get them both back up and running. Werecommend

Very nice condo!

The condo was so nice and had plenty of space for all of us. My only complaint is the parking. Only 1 space in the garage and over flow parking was always full, so we paid to park in the city parking across the road and had a decent walk over to the condo. Other than that I really enjoyed our stay! Very clean and beautiful balcony! Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Amazing Condo

Overall this property is amazing! Very clean and very spacious! 10 people stayed comfortably all week long. The property owner was very responsive as well with any questions I had. Highly recommended! Also location is great and the views are amazing!

Not best unit we’ve stayed at

When we arrived on Saturday night, we tried the instructions for getting onto the internet, but it didn’t work. I contacted the management, and they told me they couldn’t get it fixed before Monday. One of us needed to us the internet for her job on a certain computer, but it wouldn’t work without internet. Then one of my friends was walking barefoot in the unit and she showed me her feet which were black with dirt. The floors were filthy. I reported this and sent a picture of my friends feet. They sent someone to scrub the floors and it was better. Later in the week, we tried to use the dishwasher. It did not work. Maintenance had to be called and someone came and fixed it. It seemed like a lot wasn’t ready for us to come. The unit is nice, but had too many things wrong. I had to spend part of my vacation texting the management and maintenance.

Perfect!

This condo was perfect for our family trip. It was spacious, clean, safe & the balcony was absolutely amazing. the elevator wait times weren’t bad at all. The process was extremely smooth and we had an excellent time in PCB!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was clean and well decorated. It is very roomy and comfortable. One of the king beds did not seem very sturdy, but ok for a small child. The view was stunning and the balcony was very nice! Parking was a big issues. The garage has very steep ramps that scraped the under carriage of our van bad enough that we sought alternative parking that we had to pay for. The location of the pool is far from ideal as the view on one side is the parking garage. Over all we had a great time.

40s celebration @ PCB

Loved the size, cleanliness and decor of our condo!! Balcony has THE BEST VIEW! Owner was awesome at communicating. Only downside is parking garage. We rented a Toyota Prius bc parking garage is teeny tiny (which we were notified beforehand) but scraped the bottom of the car everytime we had to leave.

Beautiful property and great location. Only negative is parking. Need more overflow parking. It was cheaper for us to Uber than to lose our spot in small overflow area and have to park in public parking.

We had a couple of maintenance issues when we arrived which were immediately addressed and remedied. The parking situation was a little inconvenient since we had to bring 3 cars and had only 1 assigned spot but we were able to use the overflow lot on most occasions - I think we had to use the public pay lot 3 times. Shopping, dining and entertainment were all close by.

Parking is awful which we knew it would be, just didn't realize how awful it would be. City parking is $2 an hour with a max of $8 a day or you can do $84 for the week. However they do not monitor the parking so you can pay for the whole week and get back from eating out and not have a parking spot. There were nights we had to drive around the lot for up to 45 minutes waiting on a spot to open up. We waited til 5 before we could check in because it was still being cleaned, our towels, washcloths etc were still not cleaned. Some were in the washing machine, some in the dryer and the rest were thrown on the counter for us to fold ourselves. They did not leave any toilet paper, paper towels or garbage bags and I had to call the next day to get them. Also didn't leave enough arm bands for the amount of people that were on our reservation. However as soon as we reached out to the property they came over and brought us everything within an hour. We had several issues with cleanliness in one of our rooms but the rest of the condo was clean and great! This place is wonderful for a large family. We had 9 adults and 2 children under 2 and we were all comfortable. The elevators were only an issue for us twice. Which was when we were checking in because of the amount of people checking in and people coming in from off the beach, and one night because only one of them was working. Besides that they are extremely fast and get you where you need to go.

Awful

Everything that you think could be wrong was. From beds to dishes. Not clean. Lady who just started managing place was very helpful but it was a mess. I was so disappointed.

Girls Trip Get away.

Great location and beautifully decorated and furnished. Very spacious!! Balcony was our favorite with a seating area and eating area. Mattresses desperately need to be replaced in at least 2 of the bedrooms and bring your own pillows because the ones there are super flat. Floors were pretty dirty upon arrival but I’m sure that’s difficult at the beach. Elevator situation was bad but that is the property and not the condo itself. Overall it’s a great place if mattresses were better.

Couples Beach therapy vacation

The property was great with a few hicups...make sure and print out parking passes prior to arrival, parking garage is very tight so if you have a full size truck or SUV park in overflow parking. Hot water was amazing and air conditioning worked great kept condo nice and cool. Ate all meals on the balcony patio which was a beautiful view. Great decor and plenty of detail.

Spacious, with beach themed decor ! Well equipped kitchen (however, the freezer door only opens 4 inches due to the adjacent wall). Bathrooms need new tubs and “tub surrounds”, as they are very yellow and rust stains in “master” tub. WiFi and elevator, issues. Great view and beach access

A most Excellent place to relax!

It was a beautiful place with the perfect amount of room to gather, be alone, and to relax . The view was one of the best I’ve ever had and the beach was perfect!
