All units are Townhouses; no elevators & there is assigned parking right in front of the Townhouse. You will need to display a parking pass which will be provided. No hallways. Proximity cards are provided in the Townhouse. These are to be used to access beach entrance & pedestrian gates.

Screened Florida room backs up to the Large Grand Lagoon Pool .The Grande Lagoon Pool is not heated ; but others nearby are heated seasonally.

The nearest pool that is heated seasonally ( usually Oct 15- April 15 ) is St Katherine's



Community has 11 swimming pools; 5 are heated.. Tennis courts; pickle ball courts free PuttPutt Golf & shuffle board on site.

Departure Checklist:

Remove trash & place in trash bins at the end of the building. Trash must be bagged.

Start dishwasher. Run hotwater in faucet before using dishwasher.

Start a load of towels in hot water.

Leave Beds unmade

Lock the doors when you leave.
