Inside, the home is thoughtfully designed to reflect refined coastal luxury, featuring high-end furnishings, hardwood floors, curated art, and an open-concept layout ideal for gathering. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with multiple ovens, a wine cooler, and generous dining space for 12, plus additional seating for 4 at the island perfect for hosting group dinners, celebrations, and memorable girls' getaways or bachelorette weekends. Step outside to a beautifully appointed back deck with seating for 6, ambient string lighting, and a built-in grill perfect for evening entertaining.
The home boasts four spacious outdoor decks, including two private decks off king ensuite bedrooms, creating serene personal retreats. A second-floor deck features a beverage fridge and smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. Inside, each floor offers a comfortable living area with 85” smart TVs and Sonos surround sound.
With five bedrooms accommodating up to 14 guests, every detail has been designed for a luxury sleep experience. There are four king bedrooms, three with private ensuites and two featuring their own private decks. Each king suite includes premium bedding, full-length mirrors, smart TVs, charging stations, white noise machines, and multiple pillow options to ensure a restful stay ideal for group trips where everyone can enjoy both privacy and comfort. The bunk room sleeps six and is designed with custom-built beds, vibrant décor, and family-friendly touches.

Three parking spaces available (3 driveway). Overflow available throughout the community first come first serve. Passes are required which will be provided by Seacrest security.

SEACREST BEACH COMMUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:
Seacrest Beach is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Within the Seacrest community, there is a private beach and just 2 blocks away is the largest resort style family-friendly pool in Northern Florida with over 12,000 square feet of crystal-clear water. When you are ready to take a break from the pool and beach be sure to visit Peddlers Pavilion. Peddlers Pavilion is located in Seacrest Beach and is a collection of fun and unique businesses. Here you will find boutiques offering coastal attire to handmade jewelry. There are also some great local spots for dining. For additional entertainment shopping, dining and local events, take the Scenic 30A bike path to nearby Rosemary Beach, Florida.

AMENITY ACCESS
In order to park and have access to Seacrest Beach amenities, guests are required to complete the online Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration packet, prior to their arrival. A link will be sent after the reservation is made. Upon arrival, you can pick up your parking passes and wristbands at the Guest Service Window by the lagoon pool. Guests can enter the lagoon area amenity complex at any of the six gates. There will be a queue outside of the Guest Services office marked by safety yellow beach umbrellas.
BEACH ACCESS
1. Seacrest Beach community features a private beach on the south side of 30A. There are tram stops though out the community that operate on demand. Upon entering the beach to the left (east), there is onsite chair rental service. La Dolce Vita is the exclusive provider at Seacrest Beach. Guests may bring their own chairs to the beach for set up on the right (west) side of the beach. Prohibited items at the private beach access: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies.
2. Inlet Beach Public Access. This access has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located at the end of South Orange Street about 200 yards south of US Hwy 98. Inlet Beach Regional Access is the largest county access and features three dune walkovers and 117 parking spaces. This beach access is one of our personal favorites and a short 10 minute bike ride away!

All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver s license and 2) a . Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
