Important Property Updates for Emerald Beach Resort - Unit 1736
• Balcony Painting Project:
From November 1 through December 1, 2025, the balconies will be painted and cleaned. Work dates are subject to change based on weather and progress updates from HOA management. All balcony furniture and outdoor rugs must be moved inside to allow painting to occur safely and to prevent damage.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding while these improvements are completed to enhance your future stays.

**A Pack-N-Play (not a crib) and/or Portable Booster Chair can be placed within your property as long as advised at least 48-hours prior to arrival and based on payment of a rental fee (Pack-N-Play $20.00, Booster Chair- $15.00).
*Note: Please keep in mind the parking Garage max vehicle height is 6' 8" (and 6'4" on parking level 4) and there is no guaranteed onsite parking.
