If you have two larger vehicles, such as trucks or SUVs, they may not both fit within the designated parking space without extending over the parking lines, which is against HOA guidelines. In that case, you will need to purchase an overflow parking pass.

We loved that it was pet friendly, the colorful yellow room and how the place had so many games to choose from as well as kid things they loved the big bouncy ball and how open the place is as well as all the amenities on the property and the beds are really comfortable

Looked exactly like the photos. Was nice and clean. Very quiet and peaceful. The golf cart makes it a quick trip to the beach. I would stay again.

Great place to stay with dogs.

Loved having the golf cart to drive around to all the amenities like the miniature golf and shuffleboard. We had a great time.

The owner was super easy to work with! The house was very clean and smelled cleaned upon opening the door! Loved that there was a golf cart to ride around and enjoy all the amenities gulf highlands had to offer. Will definitely book here again!

Location was amazing. Close to everything. Owner was amazing. Answered all questions very quickly and was so nice. Would definitely book again!

Vacation

Very nice. The nicest we have stayed at in Gulf Highlands. Very clean and up to date. Good communication. Would definitely recommend.

PCB 2024

Great location, place had everything we needed. Golf cart was a plus since I'll be having knee surgery next week. It sure helped out alot. Owner was very helpful and the check in was easy and fast. Love the gated community

We had a great stay! This wasn’t our first condo in Gulf Highlands, but it was definitely the best with the most accommodations. The golf cart was SO nice to have! We had a lot to take back and forth to the beach with a baby, so it came in handy big time. We also enjoyed having it to just explore the complex. The condo was fairly close to the beach access area and right next to a pool, which was also super nice! It made everything so much easier! Jake was great with communication and dealing with my minor issues- making everything a breeze. We will definitely be back!

Our mini-vacations of 3 nights were really good @ Jake's place in PCB for the New Year's eve ... The townhouse is just like the pictures, Jake was a great host, very responsive. The townhouse had everything that you need, all utensils, plates, cups, towels. He also provides with beach seats , beach towels, beach toys, pickleball paddles, and more. The washer and dryer very convenient. I love that the resort is pets friendly, we bring our Husky and was perfect with dog waist stations. Excellent location just 5 min walk from the beach or 2 minutes if you use the golf cart that it is the plus . the resort has a lot of amenities 5 pools, pickle ball courts and more...I totally recommend Jake's place and definitely i will come back in a future visit. Thank you Jake for hosting us.

Even though the property says sleeps 8, male/female accommodations can be tricky. We had 4 girls 3 teenagers and 1 7yo pesky sister to deal with. 1 male adult. 3 female adult (2 of which were “old”. So it was trying initially but workable. Otherwise accommodations was good. Beach was an issue because they flew double red flags almost the whole time. And we had two poodles that we apparently couldn’t take on the beach. Even though we didn’t see signs we were told it was a 500 fine. Dogs couldn’t be left alone because they are support animals and are never left alone. So no beach time. I’ve never been to PCB or the panhandle. Born and raised in Florida. What I saw was beautiful. The pontoon was awesome. Saw a whole school of dolphins (6-8) that played along side of us for a while. Got great pics of them. And from now on if we do the inside down house, we will drop the kids off, save 90 and go shopping. The noise was awful…but I’m old. FYI… trash bins are cute mini silver dumpsters spaced out in front of condo rows….took us 2 days to find them lolWe had a great time…kids loved the pools.
