Guest access
Guests will enjoy full access to the entire house, which includes a private balcony exclusively for their use. It is important to note that as a duplex, the central balconies and courtyard are shared common areas with the adjacent unit. Maximum of 22 guests only.

This booking includes the ENTIRE DUPLEX - you get the two houses and two private pools. Maximum of 22 guests only.

◘ RENTAL AGREEMENT
To finalize your reservation, we require a signed rental agreement. This confirms you understand and agree to all policies. Without it, the booking will be canceled.

Travel Insurance is highly recommended: There are NO REFUNDS for transportation disruptions, event cancellation, unexpected illness or injury, weather or natural conditions, jury duty or court appearances, or any unforeseen events beyond our control or responsibility.
