Shores of Panama 712~2 Bedroom

Condo 712 is situated on the 7th floor of Shores of Panama, conveniently offering same-floor parking. This completely updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit comfortably sleeps 6. Featuring a double balcony in the center of the building, you can enjoy stunning views of the beautiful lagoon pool and the Gulf.

The second bedroom includes bunk beds, a barn door, and a full bath, while the spacious sectional sofa in the living area converts to a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen boasts granite countertops and ample storage, fully equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, a standard coffee pot, and many other essentials for all your cooking needs during your stay. For your convenience, there is also a washer and dryer available. All linens and towels are provided; however, you will need to bring your own beach towels. The bathrooms offer plenty of space, featuring a shower/tub combination along with a nice vanity area.

On your private balcony, you can soak in the view of the popular Shores of Panama lagoon-style pool, Pineapple Willy's Restaurant, and the Gulf of Mexico while enjoying your morning coffee, breakfast, snacks, or cocktails.

At Shores of Panama, you are just steps away from the sugar-white sands, with private beach access that makes it easy to enjoy the area’s main attraction. Be sure to take time to relax with a good book or a cool drink in the spectacular lagoon-style pool area. During the spring and summer months, a tiki bar offers cocktails, bar-style food, and snow cones.
Shores of Panama is the most luxurious resort in Panama City Beach, featuring a lagoon-style pool surrounded by tropical elegance, fountains, waterfalls, two seasonal tiki bars, exotic tropical landscaping, a large jacuzzi with a view of the Gulf, an indoor heated pool, an indoor jacuzzi, and a fitness center.

The condo was really clean, however had a broken kitchen countertop, the patio door was also broken, the fridge didn’t cool properly. The person I dealt with at Emerald coast was amazing had someone out to fix the patio door asap, also mentioned they have known about the counter top and also planned to replace the fridge. The parking is a nightmare there space always taken but again Emerald coast did a great job with assisting with that. I really like shores of Panama we go down every year but there is definitely some things that could be better.

Overall stay was nice. As warned, there was construction going on early in the morning which disturbed our sleep. It’s a Very beautiful property with hot tub and pools. Very nice ocean view. Bathrooms could have been a little cleaner, especially the toilets. Also, bottom of sliding door frame very filthy. Nice condo, just needs a thorough cleaning.

Great location, large balcony, comfy couch!

We took a fall break family vaca and decided to try this property rather than further down the beach where we have stayed previously. The property was great. As stated in other reviews, parking is close - and on the same level - as the unit. Beds were comfy, teenagers didn’t even complain about the bunks (though one chose the couch a few nights because the couch was amazing!) Communication was great, check in was easy, the listing was as stated. I will say construction is happening RIGHT next door at the current time and it was noisy. Staff at the resort weren’t always the most pleasant, but there was very little interaction with them. The door to the balcony seemed to catch… by the end of the week we found the gentler you are the easier it is to open. The no door to the bathroom in the king suite had some awkward moments… we decided if we were to stay again we’d get a cheap spring rod and curtain. It looks like something had been up there previously. Overall, great! We loved the beach there!

STUNNING property!

The pictures dont do it justice! We were on the 7th floor and it was perfectly located to our designated parking making unloading easy, was minutes via elevator to the pool & beach. The tiki food by the pool wasnt great but thats the resort not the property. The unit was well taken care of, clean and in overall good condition. There are some stress cracks throughout but that didnt affect our stay. We WILL be coming back, perfect week vacation with 2 teenage boys. My ONLY complaint, and this is NOT on the host, is that security there needs to be more relaxed, especially when seeing we had our tag/bracelet ID's on us. They were quick to make assumptions & even going so far as to show up up to our unit at midnight, waking us all up, claiming we were partying & yelling off the balcony when my entire family had already gone to bed. We had a similar situation happen at the pool as well where they told us we werent allowed to be at the pool as we werent guests and I had mine on me & my husband was wearing his (the sun chapped me and my bracelet so put it on my bag & was told by the front office that was ok). Otherwise, our stay was absolutely amazing & we made a lot of great memories there. W an

Great place

First of all, the convenience of the parking spot cannot be overstated! The property is great. Has a huge pool, a snack bar at the pool with very good food, making it super convenient. The beach is a short walk, 24 hour security from beach to pool to ensure only guests are allowed in. (You get a rfid bracelet) It made me comfortable with allowing the teenagers with me to go to the pool at night on their own. We had a couple of minor issues when we first checked in, the property manager responded immediately and took care of everything right away. The bunk room area was a little small for 2 teenager girls but the bathroom was big. After we spent an hour at the beach, the couldn’t care less about the size of the room. Highly recommend and would book again.

Honeymoon stay

Great experience for me and my wife during our honeymoon. Great location for the beach and with food places around it along with very convenient to get to Walmart. Really recommend if staying in Panama City beach, Florida

What a gem!

My husband and I had the pleasure of spending the month of January in this unit. It was wonderful. The views are priceless. The swimming area is big and so beautiful. I’m in a wheelchair so we spent a lot of time sitting on the deck watching the people and the ocean. So relaxing. There were little birds that would come down and set with us on the deck. So cute! Loved the parking spot we had. It was just outside our condo in a covered garage. Crazy good for someone in a wheelchair. Farah was so helpful. We had problems with the television, (operator error) and Farah sent someone right over to help us. She was so kind and understanding. We would definitely rent this condo again. Thank you Farah!

Lovely stay with a beautiful pool

This property gives the full resort feel with it’s beautiful pool area. We were here in off season, so I’m not sure what it is like when it’s crowded, but for us, it was a perfect stay. The concierge did help us to secure a second parking space, included with the fee the resort charges for the stay, which we greatly appreciated. Our host was helpful and accessible and accommodating. It is very difficult to keep a beach condo clean because of the elements and this place is very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Pre Thanksgiving get away

The resort was really nice! The main reason we chose to stay there was because of the indoor pool, Jacuzzi and location. We were disappointed that the couch bed would not pull out, which we were counting on. We were also hit with a surprise parking tag and resort wristband fee.

Great view and location

The condo was very nice and as pictured. We had great communication with Farrah. We had no problems with the elevators because it was late August and not as crowded. I have two issues that everybody should know about. There is no door on the master bath which is hard to tell in the pictures. Also, if you have more than one car, you have to park it 1/4 mile away in a dirt and gravel parking lot for $24/day. I believe this should be mentioned in the listing about the extra hassle and expense.

Great view and condo

The condo is very nice!! Farrah our host was always in communications with us and very friendly and accommodating. The pool and beach is amazing! Overall our trip with our grand kids was very nice!! However, We had a few issues, the 1st night we stayed there was a leak in the master bath coming from 2 condos above. The security did come up and explain everything to us ( 1/2 later of us calling 3x’s)nothing of ours was affected.So just a small inconvenience. The elevators are a nightmare. We took the stairs a few times because we got tired of waiting. But it is on the 7th floor so not the easiest to walk up and down all day. The ocean was closed all week due to rip tides.I realize most of this is out of anyone’s control. The one thing I NEED to mention above all is the FEE’S!!! If you book thru Vrbo you have to pay Emerald Coast charges a lot for several different fees.. then you get a separate charge of $85 to check in and get your parking and pool pass. And the most outrageous charge is Vrbo charges another fee of $200+ to “use” their service!!! So know that the “final price” is not the “final price)!!
