First Floor:
Queen Bedroom: This cozy room comes with a private bath featuring a tub/shower combination, offering comfort and privacy for guests. Sleeps 2.
Second Floor:
Living Area: Another spacious living area with a flat-screen TV is ideal for lounging and relaxing.
2 Bunk Bedrooms: Each bedroom features queen-over-queen bunk beds with queen trundles, sleeping up to 6 guests per room. These rooms share a full bath.
2 King Bedrooms: Both bedrooms come with private ensuite baths and access to a balcony with stunning beach views, offering the ultimate in relaxation.
Bunk Area: For extra sleeping space, a twin-over-twin bunk bed is located in a cozy bunk nook.
Additional Features:
Pool Heating: The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $100 per night, available from March 1 to December 31. (Not available January and February).
Parking: The home provides 6 parking spaces, so everyone can have their own spot.
Fully Stocked Kitchen: Perfect for preparing family meals, with all the cookware, utensils, and appliances you need.
Outdoor Charcoal Grill: Enjoy a cookout in the backyard (bring your own charcoal).
Washer/Dryer: For your convenience, a washer/dryer is available to keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay.
Linen/Bedding: All bedding and bath towels are provided, but guests must bring their own beach towels.
Booking Policies:
7-Night Minimum Stay: For peak seasons (Spring Break, Summer, Fall Break), a 7-night stay is required, with check-in/check-out available on Saturday or Sunday only.
3-Night Minimum: For all other seasons, a 3-night minimum stay is required.
No Party Groups: Sea Escape is perfect for family vacations. No college groups or party bookings are allowed.
Age Requirement: Must be at least 25 years old to book, and a responsible adult must be present during the entire stay.
No Pets: This property does not allow pets or emotional support animals.

Spring Break: March 12 – April 9
Summer: May 28 – August 6
Fall Break: October 1 – October 15
Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season (June–September), to protect your vacation.
Security Deposit: All rentals require a rental agreement and a security deposit through Warren Beach Rentals, which will be placed on your credit card as a hold.
