We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect size for a couple’s weekend away. Beach was a very close walk. Loved it!

It was a great little carriage house for our family of 3! The beach access could not have been more convenient! The perfect location to take in all that Rosemary Beach has to offer. We arrived later than anticipated so it was a little tricky finding it at night with the tight roads, but that is of no fault to the property owner.

Perfect location for my husband and I. We loved sitting on the porch and listening to the waves. We were able to walk everywhere and the private access to the beach was awesome.

First time staying in the 30A area. I didn’t know much about the area at all but this carriage house was ideal perfect location if staying in Rosemary for 2 people. The stairs are definitely steep but we didn’t have a problem since there are hand rails. Balcony is a little tight but I’m glad there was one as I drank coffee each morning on it. Walkover F is about 20 steps away (if you are booking rental chairs, it’s the closest.) Rental was clean, easy communication, nice reserved parking spot. Would stay here again!

Lovely

Wonderful little apartment in the best location. So easy to walk to the beaches and all the shops. Perfect spot for a couple. Would definitely rent here again!

One minute walk to the beach or The Pearl

The carriage house and location were absolutely perfect for our stay! We wanted to be close to The Pearl for a wedding and get to be near the beach since we had our own chairs. It was delightful and we will definitely be back! A fabulous find!

Couples getaway

Perfect place to stay for my husband and I! Everything was extremely clean and comfortable! The stairs in the home gave us absolutely no issues however could see them being an issue for anyone staying that might have limitations! Thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay. Also the house was easy to get into and right across the street from beach access!

Perfect location in Rosemary Beach

This is a great carriage house right by The Pearl and the town center of Rosemary Beach. Great location near the beach and the town. Nice little view of the ocean. The steps to the bed/loft are a little steep and tricky but very doable.

Elopement

My husband and I eloped to Rosemary Beach and stayed at the YaYa Carriage House. It was everything and more! Cute, within walking distance of downtown shopping and multiple beach access points. Adorable, clean. prime location! Book this venue!

Little gem

Cozy little hideaway, Yaya's carriage house was perfectly located close to anything and everything within a couple minute walk. The steps up the loft/beds could be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Clean and comfortable. Rosemary is such a lovely community!

Quick getaway as empty nesters

We had a great long weekend at Ya-ya’s Carriage house. It was perfect weekend for the two of us. The space was all we needed as we spent most of our time on the beach and ate out all of our meals. I had struggle with a couple of things at the house and Tom was quick to respond and point me in the right direction. Overall great management company to work with and lively stay.

Loved our stay!!!

Perfect location to beach and to Main Street (only 2 minute walk to both!!!) We spent time shopping and eating some amazing food. The place was very clean, the stairs can be a lil scary to go up to the bedroom, I almost tripped going down a few times. The bed was comfortable and there were multiple pillows. I would stay here again, it is off the main house but never saw the guests staying in the main house. Overall loved the place it such a great trip!!

Location, location, location

We booked Yaya's Carriage House for our Babymoon in Rosemary Beach. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would stay here again. The size of the carriage house was all that we needed and the location can't be beat. The only downfall we had was that the floors were filthy upon our arrival and we found sand in various places of the home - front entrance door and around the couches specifically.
