Welcome to No Worries, Beach Happy, a bright and inviting townhome in the heart of 30A. Hop on the golf cart, cruise to the beach, explore the Timpoochee Trail, or spend the evening across the street at The Big Chill for food, entertainment, and family fun. With resort-style pools, complimentary bikes, and easy access to everything Prominence has to offer, this home makes enjoying 30A simple.

- Gulf Lakes Beach – Perfect for bike rides; a 6-minute ride with convenient access.
- Seabreeze Beach Access – An easily accessible option with parking across 30A. A 4 minute drive from the property!
- Walton Dunes Beach – Our favorite, with no boardwalk and a hassle-free walk straight onto the sand.
- Inlet Beach Regional Access – A bit farther, but great for ample parking, lifeguards, and restrooms.

- Rosemary Beach Community is a 9-minute drive away but we recommend exploring by bike, you'll be there in less than 15 minutes!
- Alys Beach Community is just as close on bike - 12 min or less.
- Seaside - golf cart, bike, or drive! Pickles or Bud & Alley's are a must-try! You'll also love the walkability to shopping and dining.

Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 1 vehicle at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (Unit C) There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Heads up for Fall and Winter! The pool at Prominence is heated Oct 1 - Nov 30 and Dec 21 - Dec 31.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
