House Rules & Important Information
Non-Smoking Property
The Palm House is a 100% non-smoking home indoors. This includes cigarettes, vaping, e-cigarettes, hookah, or any other smoking of any kind.

Respectful Use of the Home
This is our personal home, and we’re excited to share it with fellow beach lovers. We ask all guests to treat the home and its contents with care and respect so everyone can enjoy a safe, comfortable stay.
This property is not suitable for parties, events, or late-night gatherings.

Exclusive Use
Guests enjoy private access to the entire home during their stay.

Minimum Age Requirement
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the entire stay.
Guests under 25 may submit an inquiry for consideration. Exceptions may be made with an additional security deposit and written agreement to all house rules, including strictly no house parties.

Security Cameras
For guest safety and property security, the home is equipped with one Ring camera at the front door. This device records video and audio and is used solely for check-in, check-out, and security purposes.
Tampering with, disabling, or covering the camera is not permitted and will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Weather & Cancellation Policy
We follow all local guidelines and official directives regarding tropical storms, hurricanes, and severe weather. Our standard cancellation policy applies unless an official evacuation order is issued. Weather-related refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Guest access
Guests will have full, private access to the entire home, including the fenced-in backyard and all on-site amenities. The garage is also accessible and is where beach and pool accessories are conveniently stored for guest use.
