Family vacay

Our stay was perfect for our family & spacious! The balcony was so relaxing and the pool and beach were super close short walking distance. We would definitely stay here again, I am so glad with how it turned out. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Fabulous balcony with spectacular view.

We had no issues with the beautiful condo. The few times I had questions, the response of the representative was great. We had everything we needed for a wonderful beach trip.

Would stay here again.

Large living area was awesome. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us without feeling cramped. It was clean and quiet here. We hadn't been to PCB in 30years but are ready to go back and stay at this condo. We loved it!

Should've stayed elsewhere

Online pics look great BUT the oven is broken along with the upper microwave( we were forced to eat out instead of cooking) Tried to cook a pizza and after 1hr and raw crust we gave up. They did have a second microwave in the laundry room so...The mattresses are hard so unless your into some sort of punishment good luck trying to get some sleep( although one out of all the beds was softer) They have an old coffee pot that is clearly dirty. they did have nice plates and cups )And bring toilet paper as there was not enough for even three people let alone more. They need to invest and fix what's broken so their guests can use the amenities promised. Btw the pantry door had a hole in it and the fridge has broken doors.

Amazing Oceanfront View

Loves: The balcony is large and has enough seating for eight with a spectacular view of the gulf. It also includes a small hot tub but be advised, it’s only big enough for a max of two people, and there is an extra fee. Large living areas with a long bar and two dining tables. Bedrooms were large with firm but comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Large kitchen with a good number of plates, cups, and cooking utensils and a nice size pantry. Easy access to the pool and beach. Two beach lounges and an umbrella are complimentary which was a nice bonus. Disappointments: This condo could have been much cleaner. The bathroom floors weren’t clean, there was dust on the tables and the windows were smeared as though they were wiped with a damp rag and left to dry. That was a major disappointment since the best part of the condo was the view. The oven door doesn’t close so we propped a chair up against it to keep it closed. The cooktop only cooked on high even when turned down to low. The dryer took hours to dry a small load of towels. And the most comfortable chair in the living area which was next to a big window couldn’t be enjoyed because the window blind was broken and couldn’t be raised. Suggestions: Bring your own household items such as dish towels, Tupperware, cleaning supplies, dishwashing tabs (they provided three, but we were there four nights), beach towels and blankets. All in all, we had a great time and really enjoyed the location and the space. We would likely only stay in this unit again after a deep cleaning and updated appliances.

Girls’ weekend

My family and I had a wonderful time at this condo. We had a maintenance issue and Beverly was above and beyond helpful. The location was perfect and the views from the balcony are unbeatable.

Well kept condo with gorgeous view

Very clean, well furnished apartment. Pool was clean and beach wasn't a mad house like the other end of the beach. If you're looking for a step up from the average PCB accommodations, this is a great option. Ample parking and easy to access. Only two downsides: 1. Elevators were a bit sketchy and weren't always reliable. 2. Management of luggage carts at check-in/check-out was suboptimal. You need to depend on the sharing nature of your fellow vacationers, who aren't always cooperative.

Beautiful getaway spot

The property is absolutely gorgeous and clean. Amazing views, awesome pool, fast response time when I had questions while there. The only problem we had was that we couldn't use the hot tub which was the main reason we rented this property. I was told we would have had to request to use it ahead of time and pay extra. I did not know that beforehand and was not given the option after I was there and said I wanted to use it. That was pretty disappointing but other than that, my family had a wonderful stay and we were very happy with the rest of the place. I miss it already!

Beautiful condo plenty of room

The condo was beautiful and very spacious. It was decorated beautiful. The views of the ocean are breathtaking. Our only complaints were the appliances which made it hard to cook and wash clothes. The oven has to be propped closed with a chair. The washing machine is off balance and we couldn’t do laundry but minus this it is the perfect condo for a large family. We would for sure book again minus the appliance issues. Thank you!

Awesome place

Love the property and the location! Lock on sliding glass doors to balcony was broken but didn't have small kids with us. Also the light in one of the bathrooms was very dim. Main issue was with parking, only 2 passes given but we had 3 cars from 3 different states and no solution for this was offered for this. (Building manager says they don't make exceptions)

Needs New Cleaning Service and Updates

The “2 X’s disinfecting” before arrival did not happen. There was debris on the bead spreads, a bug on the pillow in the bedroom with a queen bed, a toilet that wasn’t flushed and toenail clippings on the floor of the master bedroom. Also, the oven doesn’t heat properly and the elevators broke down multiple times (four times). I have a broken foot so it was a major issue to be on the 13th floor with no working elevator. We missed our dinner reservations due to this.
