​"Please be advised that pursuant to Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 and Resolution 26-69 the following requirements apply to rental guests at this property registering after January 22, 2026 to April 11, 2026:

-No primary renter may be under the age of 21 with the exception of military personnel with valid military ID
-All guests above the age of 18 must provide valid government issued ID at the time of check-in to the property's management.
-A juvenile curfew is in place for the hours between 8pm - 5pm.
