This vibrant unit is ideally located on the 5th floor of the newest high rise, family friendly resort in Panama City Beach, guests will enjoy a heated pool year around at 83 degrees with private cabanas and beach access within 200 yards. Just a stone’s throw away from the famous Pier Park, this stunning unit offers unforgettable beach vacation experiences that you will treasure for years to come.

Pelicans Perch boasts a roomy living space with a private balcony with seating to enjoy a view of the pier and beach. There is one queen bed, a set of twin bunks, and a sleeper sofa to sleep a max of 4 with Owner's prior permission, 5 may be allowed for babies and special circumstances. (Please message us your request). Two full bathrooms, with one a walk in shower are available along with a full kitchen, dining area, bar seating, washer and dryer, smart TVs and WIFI.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree that a $250 damage deposit hold will be placed on the Primary renter's credit card prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed due to owners highly allergic allergies and parties due to disturbing neighbors with noise. Parking at Calypso is located in a covered garage. Guest must register and pay $60 directly to the resort as part of the resort's standard procedures; this includes parking for one vehicle. Wristbands will be located in the unit. Children 12 and under do not require wrist bands but a parent or guardian must be present at all times while children are in the pool.

Shell Island and St Andrews State Park are a few miles east and offer some of the most picturesque beaches and calm waters you'll find in the US.
