Refrigerator in 207 was hot on arrival, I dont feel like condo explained why it was hot, we were told to just not put a lot in there until tomorrow, we had already gone to the store and spent a lot of money on cold stuff that doesn't travel well. If they would have just told us the cleaning crew turns off the fridge for 2 to 3 hours after cleaning it out we would understand the problem with it.I felt brushed off since it was after hours, next door condo had a water heater leak so maintenance had to place two big fans in one bedroom, it was very loud with cords and hoses running everywhere. Down grade was offered to a one bedroom but no refund offered for nights disturbed with the loud fans. We paid a lot of money for one week for 4 people so a down grade wouldn't have worked The coffee pot leaked all over the counter when you made coffee, towel bars in guest bath was coming detached from the wall. We have stayed at the Pelican walk every summer for more than 15 years and this is the first time to have so many issues here. Great location and calmer area but questioning if we want to return at this moment! We enjoyed the beach, weather, restaurants and activities. We had to adapt and adjust to enjoy our vacation, I guess it could have been much worse.
