Sunny Tide Haven – Stylish 3BR/2.5BA townhome just an 8–10 minute walk (0.4 miles) to Panama City Beach. Sleeps 10, with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living area, and private patio. Close to Pier Park, Shipwreck Island, and local dining for an easy, modern coastal getaway.

Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Vacation Rental Unit:

Step into a modern, end unit townhome where clean coastal style meets everyday comfort. Located in a quiet community just a short walk from the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach, this three bedroom, two and a half bathroom home is designed for families and small groups who want space to spread out, relax, and recharge between beach adventures.

The open concept main level features a bright living, dining, and kitchen area with plenty of natural light. The kitchen is the heart of the home, with a spacious center island, beautiful white cabinetry, granite countertops, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. It is the perfect spot for quick breakfasts, family dinners, or late night snacks after a day in the sun. The living room flows right out to a private patio where you can fire up the grill and enjoy the warm Florida evenings.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms are tucked away for privacy and quiet. The primary suite feels like a retreat, with a comfortable bed, generous closet space, an oversized shower, and a dual sink vanity in the ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms and a shared hall bath make it easy for everyone to have their own corner to unwind.

Caballeros Estates at Hombre is a newer townhome community in Panama City Beach, set just inland from the Gulf. Guests stay close to the action but away from the busiest parts of the strip, with easy access to main roads and nearby public beach access for quick trips to the sand.

The neighborhood is planned for low-maintenance coastal living, with two-story townhomes that showcase a clean, modern feel. From this location, it is an easy drive to grocery stores, restaurants, local schools, and area attractions. Caballeros Estates at Hombre works well for guests who want a quieter home base while still being within a short drive of the beach, golf, and the wider Panama City Beach area.

You are close to all the best of Panama City Beach:

• About an 8 to 10 minute walk to nearby beach access
• Easy drive to Carillon Beach, Front Beach Road, and popular beach spots
• Approximately 3 miles to Publix Sports Park

Nearby attractions include:

• Shipwreck Island Waterpark

Beach Access: Head to public beach access 36 with about a 10 to 13 minute walk, or drive and park at the public parking area at 600 Churchwell Drive. Either option takes you to the classic white sandy beaches and emerald waters that make this coast so special.

Other details to note:

Trash pickup is every Thursday. Please place the trash bin outside by the garage the night before (or no later than early Thursday morning), and the waste service will collect it. After pickup, kindly return the bin to its normal storage spot.

Per HOA policy, violations involving parties or disturbances may result in a 1,000 dollar fine and eviction.

Wildlife: Florida's tropical climate means you may occasionally see insects or small wildlife, even with regular professional pest control. This is considered a normal part of the local environment and is not grounds for refunds.

Security cameras: For the security of our guests and the safety of the home, there are exterior only cameras at the front door, driveway, and backyard areas. There are no cameras inside the home.

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
